Scenes of Bangladesh: ladies enjoying a joke

In Bangladesh, we were able to hold a one day Group Leadership Training Workshop Seminar (GLTW) for a number of key new believers in two towns where we work. We are planning another such seminar at the end of June, to which we hope 12 will attend, to enable us to build up new leaders and give them leadership skills to do what is necessary for the tasks ahead of them. Our prayer is that they will become great leaders of the future.

Our discipleship and computer course with six women began on 1st June, and will continue until August. Sister H* completed the previous course, and is now leading the studies every afternoon, instead of another Sister. We hope these six women will grow in faith and Godliness, and develop in spiritual maturity. We also hope they will gain new skills bringing good job prospects to bless their families financially, especially once they return home to with their friends, family and wider communities.

Two of our long term staff are seriously ill and need prayer for healing.
