New team for OM Sweden

OM International
This autumn OM Sweden has launched a new outreach team, focusing on the immigrant teens in Råslätt, a suburb of Jönköping. The team consists of two girls who will be working for a year to help run a youth centre and build friendships with local teens. The youth centre had been closed for some time owing to lack of personnel.  It re-opened on the last weekend in September and will now provide a safe haven for young people.

Caught between two cultures, young people from immigrant communities in Europe often feel isolated.  Please pray that this new team will have a positive impact in the lives of teenagers.

Sweden :: This rune stone was set up by Tola in memory of her son, Harald. He was Ingvar the Far-travelleds brother. Ingvar the Far-travelleds expedition to Serkland is mentioned on nearly 30 rune stones in the region.
Sweden :: Stockholm is the capital of Sweden, and is spread over 14 islands. Over 30% of the city consists of waterways and 30% of parks and green spaces!
