Hospitality Coordinator (Ireland)

We are looking for an individual or couple to ensure that all guests to Lacken House feel welcome and are well looked after. If you have housekeeping experience, have good organizational and administrative skills, and pleasant and effective people skills, we would love for you to be part of our team.


As soon as possible

1-2 years (full time)

The Hospitality Coordinator will plan and provide room accommodation for guests and general upkeep of Lacken House. The property consists of Main House with 5 guest rooms, 3 Chalets, and 2-story Office Block.
This role is crucial to ensure smooth running of guest services as well as special events such as trainings, and conferences held on the OM Ireland property. Your role will include managing guest booking, cleaning prep, clean up, preparing cleaning schedules for the Main House and possibly organizing food services.  In this role, with activities such as ensuring that cleaning rotas are followed, shopping and budgeting for cleaning supplies and showing special care for guests, you will be utilizing your practical gifts to serve our God. If you have housekeeping experience, have good organizational and administrative skills, and pleasant and effective people skills, we would love for you to be part of our team.

Candidate requirements:

  • Housekeeping experience is essential
  • Good organizational skills
  • Pleasant and effective people skills
  • Knowledge on Microsoft office word and outlook or the willingness to learn. 
  • Willingness to learn and abide by organization’s policies in procedures
  • Flexible and sensitive to culture
  • Strong team working skills
  • Ability to work well in multicultural environment
  • Speak English fluently
