Business and Requirements Analysts - ICT Carlisle (United Kingdom)
OM is enhancing its IT and communications systems. As part of this process, we are looking for a Requiremets Analyst to work with Field personnel to accurately capture and analyse OM's business processes and requirements.
As soon as possible
as long as possible (full time)
The systems being enhanced include OM's external web presence, OM's internal web database system and OM's in-house software that is used for administration records and financial systems. The projects are multinational and involve many people throughout the organisation. Ideally the person will have formal qualifications in a relevant area, able to see and understand the whole business process and have solid experience in determining and writing requirements for complex web and/or IT projects. He/she would also have excellent communication skills, able to write good quality documentation, strive for best practices in the work they do, and be a good team player. The position is a full time position and requires a commitment of at least
12 months.
