English teacher (Near East)
Different universities and language centers throughout the region are in need of English teachers. Teaching will be a part time job; this will allow you to have time for language study, cultural adaptation, and develop friendships. The spoken language is Kurdish.
As soon as possible
6-12 months (full time)
Requirements:
- TESOL or TEFL training.
- CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English) of Cambridge University. (only for non native speakers)
- Experience on teaching English a as a second language.
- Flexible, creative, and able to improvise using teaching tools available locally.
- Willingness to learn Kurdish and adapt to the culture.
- To be a committed Christian and love the local people.
