Humanitarian Aid Worker OM EAST (Austria)
Our ministry, based near Vienna, Austria, is involved in bringing humanitarian aid to Bosnia and to the Roma/gypsy people in Slovakia and Hungary.
We are looking for someone to take over our Relief and Development Department
This person will oversee and manage all of the humanitarian aid that comes in, organize it for shipments to Bosnia, Slovakia and Hungary.
Resource raising for projects (including funds, materials and special equipment).
Additional responsibilities will include keeping the warehouse organized, as well as being involved in the transports. This ministry has a lot of potential for someone with a vision to develop it further.

Self motivated, high initiative, experienced driver, Reasonable fit (strong back). No special language needs, German would be helpful – the team language is English.
We love to get someone who wants to stay longer, coming through the Global Service program with a 1-2 year commitment. However we are also open for a short-term volunteer.
All jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
