Layout Trainee for Small Publisher OM EAST (Austria)
Based near Vienna, our EurAsia Support Team specialises in publishing Christian literature and media for Eurasian people groups. It also supplies relief materials for needy peoples and makes the needs of forgotten peoples known.
We need someone with an eye for detail to (learn to) do Page Layout for books, comics and scripture portions. Experience is useful but not essential. Training will be given in Adobe InDesign CS 5. It is an opportunity to learn new skills while helping to produce material that effectively communicates the gospel.
You will train and work with an experienced publishing professional who is committed to producing top quality and to being at the cutting edge of the profession.

- You enjoy working with text behind-the-scene (screen).
- Have a sense of what looks good on the printed page or computer screen.
- Have an eye for detail.
- A team player.
Getting residency here can be difficult if you don’t hold a European Union or Swiss passport.

Commitment length: 1 to 5 years
