Executive Assistant to the Vice President of People Development (United States)

The primary mission of this position is to increase the effectiveness of the VP of People Development by skillfully managing a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and projects related to helping, equipping and sustaining American missionaries serving with OM around the world. The ideal candidate will be experienced in administrative support and will be able to work independently within a team. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office team of diverse people and programs. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Professional-level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

Proficient computer skills, an ability to communicate well, multi-task and work under little supervision are requirements for this position.
