Resource Development Director (Italy)

This is a great position for someone who has vision to use their secular skills in missions! We have a new Training and Retreat Center in Northern Italy at the foothills of the Alps. IF GOD HAS CALLED YOU AND YOU HAVE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SKILLS, THIS IS A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY!
This person would be responsible for cultivating relationships with existing OM Italy financial supporters as well as developing new relationships to expand OM Italy's support base. This person will work OM Italy's leadership team to develop a comprehensive financial strategy for today and the future.

2-3 years (full time)
Use your people and fund raising skills to spread the Gospel! It's all about people needing Jesus, so if you are interested, we'd like a candidate that has:
- Ability to speak or learn Italian and English.
- Some prior experience in fund raising or marketing and sales.
- good organizational and administrative skills
- willingness to travel
- a passion/love for people
- a team player
- strong personal relationship with Jesus
- a good sense of humor! Fund raising isn't easy but the Lord can bring in funds to impact the lives of people and bring them to a knowledge of himself!
