Financial Development Co-ordinator (Near East)
- Develop and implement strategies and develop key relationships to ensure the financial resources necessary for the Near East field’s ministries.
- Oversee relations with Financial Development Facilitators in resourcing fields, donors and donor organizations.
- Track and report back to home offices and donors on the progression and impact of ministries that have been funded.
- Maintain relationships with home offices and other Area/Field Financial Development Facilitators/Officers.

- Integrity
- Able to build relationships across geographical boundaries.
- Able to communicate OM’s purpose and vision.
- Public relations skills a bonus.
- Ability to work 20+ hours per week.
- Ability to function as team player.
- Able to handle a level of security sensitive information
- Able to exercise good judgement and discretion in dealing with people and information.
- Ability to be an effective communicator (written and oral)and strong ability at managing information and getting it to the right people.
