IT Coordinator (Central Asia)

Acceptable candidate should be proficient in Java and html programming, database management, network administration.
The person should have a working knowledge of Unix or Linux.
He or she should be able to assist our staff on Microsoft Office applications in mixed left-to-right and right-to-left environment.
