Member Care Coordinator (Practical Care) (United States)
Help meet the practical needs of missionaries serving overseas so that they can better fulfill their calling. Duties include "customer service", facilitating transitions to and from the field, assisting missionaries with financial and insurance questions,and maintaining current records.

Job Requirements:
1.A caring heart and the willingness to serve.
2.Administrative skills: being able to stay organized, prioritize responsibilities, and be consistent and thorough in follow-up.
3.The ability to put people first while fulfilling the responsibilities required in the administrative areas.
4.To maintain and cultivate an accepting manner that will affirm & encourage people but will challenge them as needed.
5.Adequate verbal and written communication skills.
6.A good sense of humor is helpful as well as being a team player.
