City Ministry Team Member (Italy)
This team will work directly with the OM-Italy Field Leader and the Leadership Team to develop strategic partnerships with churches and ministries in a key city in Italy. The goal of the partnerships will be to facilitate launching a team of four to six members as a new City Ministry Team. This team will initiate and carry out on-going outreaches, service projects and ministry alongside the evangelical churches in the city as a part of the OM-Italy strategy to reach the people of Italy with the Gospel of Christ.
Roles within the City Ministry Team will include training, communications, short-term team organization, Global Action and team member care, as well as creative evangelism and service. The appointed leader of the team will need to be a versatile servant who can give direction and a shared vision to the team.

1-2 years (full time)
A successful candidate will:
- Be at least 20 years old
- have been a Christian for at least 2 years
- have previous experience working on a team
- Have a calling to inner city ministry
- Be able to be flexible about assignments and participation
- Be a self starter and team player
