1-2 years (full time)
Love people.
Need to have a strong desire to communicate the gospel to others so that they might recognize Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and enter a relationship with him.
Be willing to learn from the cultures and others.
Should have the ability to function as part of a team as well as leading team in certain situations.
Ability to organize events.
The ability to be patient and FLEXIBLE. In Latin America times and schedules are secondary. Not everything that is planed will work out as it is supposed to, but we see God working through it.
For people that are coming for just one year Spanish will be required.
For those coming for 2 years basic Spanish is recommended.
The person should be able to handle changes. Flexibility is important.
We look for people of integrity and transparency to be a role model for the non christians .
All jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
