OM Andean Region offers you a unique opportunity to pass on to others your passion for God and to see hundreds of Christians and Churches getting involved in World Missions and Evangelization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a mission network of churches, organizations and people.
- Keep people in the network informed and motivated for World Missions and Evangelization opportunities.
- Motivate every person in the team to become a potential recruiter
- Mobilize and create opportunities for people in the network to get fully involved in mission and evangelism by praying, sending, going and giving.
As soon as possible
1-2 years (full time)
- Love for Christ and passion for Missions.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Good Motivator & Coach.
- Speak Spanish or willingness to learn it in 6 months (classes provided).
- Experience in organizing events, conferences, or special programs would be useful .
