In the middle of a slum in Córdoba, Argentina, sits a humble building owned by OM. The purpose? To challenge children, teenagers and mothers to see that there is more to life than following the cycle of drugs, prostitution and gang violence. We are in need of sports and arts enthusiasts, patient English teachers, Bible study leaders, micro-enterprise experts, psychologists. Not on the list? Your creativity and willingness to teach children/teens/mothers anything new is just as welcome!

If so, then there is a place for you in Argentina! As our Personnel Manager, you will work with people before, during, and after their mission experience. In this part time role, you will have the opportunity to join the OM Argentina team in their mission activities.
OM Córdoba makes weekly visits to a government-run facility in houses where are between 3 and 7 teenage mothers along with their children. While the group is small, these young women are just as important in God’s eyes, and in need of more workers who are willing to dedicate their time to teach new talents, help with homework, and encourage spiritual growth.
Football in Argentina is the number 1 attended and practiced sport. You will see Argentinians from all generations playing football until midnight on the numerous playing fields which offers great opportunities to share the gospel.
This person would give vision and guidance to team members in their ministries, network with local churches, and be involved in their own ministries.
The 9-months OM Chile Intensive Mission Training (IMT) programme is for people who want to prepare for missions. In the process they will also get to know God better and understand themselves more clearly. The programme provides a great balance between classroom teaching and real-world training in a practical mission work. The next IMT is from February 2nd until November 2nd 2015 (including 3 months of ministry for foreigners in a Chilean church).
You will be part of the growing art ministry of OM Chile. According to your gifts, talents, interests and needs in the ministry you can be involved in different creative ways.
OM Chile's Art Ministry exists to support OM Chile's activities and ministries.

We are looking for a person who is gifted in:
- Overseeing relations with financial partners, supporting churches, foundations, and prospective partners.
- Training new recruits in building a partnership team.
- Working with OM Costa Rica and International OM leaders to increase the financial support for personnel, projects, and field ministries.
The indigenous communities of Costa Rica live in very remote areas, the majority in the mountains of Talamanca. OM Costa Rica has a ministry in this area called, “Live Talamanca,” which strives to bring tangible transformation by meeting social development needs and spiritual transformation through long-term discipleship.

OM Costa Rica is looking for someone to assist in the coordination of short term mission trips in Costa Rica, such as medical brigades, practical work and children’s ministry amongst the indigenous communities. Are you organized and have a talent for leadership? We are seeking someone to coordinate the various activities of our ministries and to identify new ministry opportunities. We believe that by involving volunteers in our local ministries, many may develop a desire to become missionaries themselves and/or support missions.
You will assist the Communications Director, who has committed to OM Ecuador until
August 2016. He will provide training and give guidance on projects. You will help tell the OM Ecuador story to the world.
A caring and compassionate individual to assist with community development.
OM Ecuador currently has an engineer in Quito who is developing systems to provide clean water to communities. He needs an assistant to help with the development of these systems. The assistant would also help complete surveys of communities to determine their needs and to follow-up with quarterly/bi-annual assessment when systems are installed.
- Overseeing all administrative procedures for sending and receiving missionary volunteers to and from our Region.
- Responding to all inquiries within the Andean Region (AR).
- Processing all national volunteers for OM Ecuador.
- Creating personalized budgets for missionaries to and from the AR.
- Organizing initial orientations to the AR for foreign missionaries.
Many of the OM Ecuador Team members have left family and friends to share the gospel in Ecuador and require an individual who will help them adjust to a new cultural environment and deal with all the pressures of “being a missionary.” The Member Care Leader will spend time getting to know each of OM Ecuador’s 20 team members, and provide encouragement for each of them. This individual will also have the opportunity to participate in ministry and evangelism projects in Ecuador.

OM Panama is looking for a Short Term Outreach Coordinator. This role is responsible for organizing and hosting of our short term ministry activities, including week-long medical trips, two-month exposure programmes, and year-long internships.
We are looking for team members to join us in our HIV and AIDS ministry in Paraguay. We are starting an exciting new ministry in Ciudad del Este in January 2015. We are working in partnership with the local hospital, providing psycho-social support, counselling, etc to people living with HIV. We also have an open door to do awareness talks, etc. There are also opportunities to develop the area of working with women who are trafficked into the sex-industry.
