Argentina
Construction/maintenance worker... do it yourself worker... all round practical worker
n 2010 we will extend our OM Base, enlarging the meeting room at the ground floor and add 2 more rooms for office and living to the 2nd floor,
We are also in charge to transform a abandoned church into a coffebar and all kinds of skills are required for this job.
In the OM Base as well as in our Youthcenter (located in a slum area) need maintenance to be done.
On several ocasions a year we bless children homes with our services to repair and paint the facilities.
If your are a carpenter, maison, electricion, plumber, painter... or have basic scills and want to bless others using them. Here is your chance.
We strongly encourage every OM Team member to be actively involved in evangelistic ministries, so are you! There will be many opportunities to share the Gospel and the hope you have through Jesus Christ, not only at your construction site but also in children homes, churches and outreaches.

Office and Evangelism Ministry
Are you organized and have compassion for the lost ones?
Then, this may be for you.
We are looking for someone to help us with the administration on part time basis and do ministry the rest of the time.
Sport coordinator
We are looking for team players which are self motivated and out going and are also able to work independently.
Coaching, teaching and motivating children and teenagers with difficult background in children homes and slums.
Willing to be a role model, showing them God's love and the hope we have in Christ. Teaching them there is a different way to live and using sports to introduce them to moral values such as discipline, commitment and team work.
With initiative to look for new opportunities to serve and organize sport events but also be willing to be part of other OM activities like church team, mission conferences and prayer meetings.
Student outreach

In partnership with local churches, OM started a Student ministry, located right in the center where students live and meet.

Chile
Assistant Intensive Training Leadership
You will be part of the leadership team for Intensive training students. The students are in Chile for nine months. You will be a leader or co-leader for two or 3 of the different ministries (children's work, art, skateboard/BMX ministry, homeless and prostitute ministry)
Children's worker
OM Chile has worked with various Children's homes for over five years. This is an established ministry that is ready for growth. This is an opportunity to continue working with the children's homes as well as to develop new opportunities to serve the children through new projects and programs in art, music and sports, reaching new groups of children such as-

Preparing Chileans for missionary service in English speaking teams.
You may teach English in small classes, no more than eight adult students, with some one-to-one classes.

The office receptionist may have the first contact with visitors at the OM Chile office. The/she will need to greet visitors, answer phones, give information about ongoing programs, accept payments and handle petty cash.
This job could be combined with other office work such as graphic artist or publicist.
Skateboard Ministry
We are looking for an assistant leader to a growing skate board ministry in the capitol city of Santiago Chile. You will be giving workshops, building ramps, and working with local youth to train, mentor and disciple new Christians and evangelize those attracted to the program.
Team Accountant new!
Provides data entry, finance analysis, and report generation to the Finance Manager of OM Chile, and the Latin America Finance Manager. Includes assisting in the creation of budgets, and reports showing performance to the budget, and distribution of reports to other OM fields as required.
Trainee in Intensive Training Program 2010-1011
Chile has been offering a 9-12 month Global Action Program since November 2005. This is a training program for young people who would like to serve the Lord in missions, but don’t know where they want to go and what they exactly want to do.
The purpose of the program:
Our main goal is that people will learn more about God, who they are in Christ, and learn more about themselves. We want to give them a mission experience; with on the job training so that they can reach out to the people they meet.

Colombia
Ministry Team Volunteers for Colombia
OM Andean Region is looking to expand into Colombia. We are seeking individuals and families who are interested in being apart of this ground-breaking team. Colombia represents a new frontier for OM.
Colombia is a vibrant and diverse country. There is a great need to spread God’s message of love to these people, build up the church, and raise local and foreign missions awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Participate with local churches and contacts
- Build and expand local mission ministries
- Lead, guide and grow the ministry in accordance with OM values and vision.
- Work together as a team
- Be the OM missions contact for sending out Colombian missionaries
- Develop a weekly mission prayer meeting.
- Cultivate local mission volunteers
Ecuador
Church Planter
The Island is situated in the river which forms the eastern border of the city of Guayaquil, Ecuador. It is home to about 200 people, abandoned by the world for 50 years, and currently without an established church . For the last few years OM has been ministering part time here in partnership with a local church in the city, and a good relationship has been established with the people. The time is ripe to really press on towards an established church, but no one has been found to take on the challenge.

Personnel Administration Assistant
Would you like to help South Americans reach the ends of the world with the Gospel? OM Andean Region is the home office to four countries crossed by the Andes Mountains: Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela and Colombia. We are in great need of a person who would help us through the administrative process of sending volunteers and workers from our region to missions overseas, and receiving volunteers and workers from overseas to our region.
Some of the main responsibilities are:
1)Respond to initial inquires (send list of ministry opportunities, basic info; etc.)
2)Manage all pre-communication with new candidates.
3)Assist with field member’s administrative services, insurance issues, support issues, etc.
4)Assist with all other administrative personnel tasks.
5)Keep new recruits inspired and motivated through the whole process.

Training Coordinator
Is it you passion and gift to train, disciple and coach Christians for ministry?
OM Andean Region has develop a successful nine week intensive missions training school, called “ECTM.” This mission school seeks to train, equip and prepare Latin Americans who are interested in serving God through cross-cultural mission work. We would like to expand our mission school, and enhance training program for local churches and missionaries.
OM Andean Region is looking for a Training Coordinator to plan and lead the development and implementation of these training programs. The key responsibility will be to build up the team and local churches through exciting and engaging training courses as well as the school.
