In the middle of a slum in Córdoba, Argentina, sits a humble building owned by OM. The purpose? To challenge children, teenagers and mothers to see that there is more to life than following the cycle of drugs, prostitution and gang violence. We are in need of sports and arts enthusiasts, patient English teachers, Bible study leaders, micro-enterprise experts, psychologists. Not on the list? Your creativity and willingness to teach children/teens/mothers anything new is just as welcome!

If so, then there is a place for you in Argentina! As our Personnel Manager, you will work with people before, during, and after their mission experience. In this part time role, you will have the opportunity to join the OM Argentina team in their mission activities.
OM Córdoba makes weekly visits to a government-run facility in houses where are between 3 and 7 teenage mothers along with their children. While the group is small, these young women are just as important in God’s eyes, and in need of more workers who are willing to dedicate their time to teach new talents, help with homework, and encourage spiritual growth.
The 9-month OM Chile Intensive Mission Training (IMT) programme is for people who want to prepare for missions. In the process they will also get to know God better and understand themselves more clearly. The programme provides a great balance between classroom teaching and real-world training in a practical mission work. The next IMT is from February 2nd until November 2nd 2015 (including 3 months of ministry for foreigners in a Chilean church).
You will be part of the growing art ministry of OM Chile. According to your gifts, talents, interests and needs in the ministry you can be involved in different creative ways.
OM Chile's Art Ministry exists to support OM Chile's activities and ministries.
Besides, you will be training/teaching nationals and in an Intensive Training (foreigners) to use art in their daily live activities and to do evangelism (More information go to "Guerrilla Evangelismo" on Facebook.)
We need a couple of Inspirational Trainers for the OM Chile team, with a focus on coordinating our Intensive Missions Training programme. If you love discipling/mentoring people from all walks of life, investing in their lives and helping them prepare for future ministry in missions, please come and join our team.

“B-kids” is OM Costa Rica’s children's ministry. Most of the children that we want to reach out come from broken families that are in social risk and in poverty. Most of these children don´t enjoy a child life, since they adapt adult tasks. Have you been working in finances and now want to use your knowledge and skills for ministry? If so, OM Costa Rica invites you to join our team to be the field finance officer.
Your duties will include providing accurate and sufficient financial information to the field leader in order to make ministry decisions, and to provide a measure of accountability in finance on the field and for OM internationally.
The indigenous communities of Costa Rica live in very remote areas, the majority in the mountains of Talamanca. OM Costa Rica has a ministry in this area called, “Live Talamanca,” which strives to bring tangible transformation by meeting social development needs and spiritual transformation through long-term discipleship.
Do you like to work with people and encourage them to work for God? OM Costa Rica is looking for someone to coordinate short term mission trips, church teams and Mission outreaches in Costa Rica, such as medical brigades, practical work and children’s ministry amongst the indigenous communities and ministry in general.
The OM Costa Rica team has many stories to tell, but lacks someone to write and communicate them in a clear, concise, and captivating way.
