The focus is on learning Arabic (or Kurdish) well, adjusting culturally and developing good ministry skills. This usually involves full-time language study for the first two years, although this can often be combined with other relevant interests (teaching, sport, music, etc.). Developing relationships and seeking to share the gospel is expected from day one. We have a number of ministry teams in both urban and rural locations.

Hospitality Ministry
A couple or one - two individuals fully dedicated, who will help out with logistics for newcomers to the field; communicate with possible partnering colleges who send believing researchers; give
orientation and training to those coming, and other.
Internship/GA
A 1-2 year internship which includes some training, with an emphasis on Arabic study and friendship evangelism. The focus is on seeing people operating comfortably in the language and culture, and being effective in ministry as soon as possible.

The Near East field comprises around 90 adults in four countries and our focus is on evangelism and church planting amongst Muslims and mobilizing national believers into missions.
There is a need for a PA to the field leader (FL) to help him effectively and efficiently fulfill his role.
Reach Bedouins with the gospel
“Bedouin” is the Arabic word for “desert dweller”. Who will share the source of “living water” with the Bedouins in the Middle East? Do you have a passion to share your faith with this people group?
You can live in a rural area, study Arabic and reach Bedouins for Christ. Developing relationships, visiting people and seeking to share the gospel is expected from day one.
School Teacher, ages 5-17
School teachers (i.e for children ages 5-17 approx) are needed for several small schools run for Christian workers in the Near East, West & Central Asia. Most of these schools are small, so an individual teacher will teach children of different ages and 'grade' levels. The teaching medium in most cases is English, although teachers who can teach in German or Korean are also required.
There is a high need for male teachers.

We have a number of ministry teams in this area in both urban and rural locations. You can learn Arabic and use your skills in teaching, cooking, arts, practical helps, literature distribution, evangelism, sports, and more to reach people for Christ. Together with a project overseer, structure and set up a program to train and encourage development of children with mental impairment from a nomadic background.
Sport Instructor
Arabs love sport! Come and join our work among Arab kids, youth and women. As a sport instructor you have great possibilities to share your passions and your life!
Men can work as a sport instructor for kids and youth (age 4-18) in different kinds of sports like football, table tennis, taekwondo and many more!
Female sport instructors can teach Aerobics or other gym sports and oversee ladies as they use the exercise machines (age 14 and up).
Student Outreach

The team is reaching out to students on university campuses, which includes:
- developing relationships which will lead to personal discipleship
