Accountant
Accurate and timely book keeping is an essential foundation for any successful mission. You will be working as part of an experienced team engaged in bringing the Gospel to the ends of the earth.
You’ll be working in a crucial support role, assisting with field and personal budgeting, managing cash flow and ensuring good stewardship of our finances.
We’ll provide training in our in-house software and procedures.
Administrative Assistant - Financial Development
This crucial role includes interaction and communication with Donors and partners across Canada under the direction of our Director of Development. A variety of tasks such as scheduling, word processing, and data management are part of the role.

This key role is essential to the functioning of the OM Canada office. The primary function is processing gifts from across Canada for the many projects and missionaries working with OM Canada.
Human Resources Coordinator
This is an exciting role. This person works with people from their first inquiries about missions to seeing them launched onto the mission field. The role involves interaction with people from across Canada and fellow OMers around the world.
Mailroom Coordinator
This is a critical support role for OM Canada. We need help to increase prayer for the world and good communication with our supporters and partners across the country and around the world by overseeing the mailing of all newsletters from the OM Canada office. We also need to keep our representatives up to date with all the resources and materials they need.
Manager of Financial Development
It is a great privilege to introduce Canadians to ways they can participate in bringing the Good News to the ends of the earth.
The financial development team serves the OM world through fundraising and by maintaining and developing relationships with partners and potential partners. You will manage the process that sees new people introduced to the many opportunities and keeps existing partners connected to the projects they are partnering in.

Alumni Director
The Director of Alumni is responsible for fostering the ongoing connection and of OM USA Alumni to OM by representing their interests to OM USA and OM at large, leading efforts to increase significantly the alumni membership and membership functions of OM USA, and by providing leadership in organizing and/or assisting with local events and activities for om usa alumn
Application Developer
The application developer will perform full cycle system implementation including process mapping, requirements gathering, specification writing, system analysis, system development, full cycle testing, implementation and post-production support.
Business Analyst / Trainer
The business analyst is responsible for the technology enabling OM business processes. He/she will understand OM standard operating procedures (SOP) and insure that software matches SOP without error. He/she will also manage IT standard development techniques including project management, standard development cycles, quality assurance, implementation, and training.
Data/Information Analyst
The responsible person will work in a team that provides technical and software support for an enterprise CRM system. He/she will be responsible for insuring that the data in this CRM system is accurate and useable. Once data accuracy has been achieved, he/she will implement mechanical database processes to insure data remains accurate. Then, he/she will move on to reporting, implementing data warehouse, and potentially data mining activities.
Development Marketing Coordinator
The newly created role of Development Marketing Coordinator will be a liaison between the development team and the marketing/communications team. This candidate will support all of the marketing/communications needs of the fundraising team. They will be fully a part of both the Development team and the Marketing/Communications team…reporting directly to the VP.

Director of High School Ministries
High School Ministries exists to mobilize High School students to missions by building relationships in churches, schools and other events where missions and recruiting is a focus. The Director of High School ministries is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to interest and mobilize students to world missions…this may include publicity material, presentations, and calendar of events.
Director of IT (Information Technology)
The Director of Information Technology (IT) will provide technology vision, strategy, leadership and management for developing, implementing, and maintaining information technology initiatives that improve cost effectiveness and service quality, and promote the strategic goals of OM USA executive team and the OM International Information Technology Committee.
Director of Short Term Missions

To link American Christian women with the plight of marginalized women around the world, through building networks, advocacy and raising awareness and resources to combat these issues globally.
Executive Assistant to the Vice President of People Development
The primary mission of this position is to increase the effectiveness of the VP of People Development by skillfully managing a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and projects related to helping, equipping and sustaining American missionaries serving with OM around the world. The ideal candidate will be experienced in administrative support and will be able to work independently within a team. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office team of diverse people and programs. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Professional-level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

Food Services Coordinator
A person who not only can cook well but is able to view providing meals as a ministry is needed to provide food service for the OM USA office. The Coordinator of Food Services will work with the Director of Conferences and Events to plan and provide meals for special events, conferences held on the OM USA property, and team events.
Inquirer Scouting Coordinator
Working with our Placement Team, the Inquirer Scouting Coordinator responds to persons interested in serving with missions overseas. Duties include following up and building relationships with applicants as they go through the application process as well as assisting the Placement Advisors in facilitating appropriate placement in the Global Action/Global Service Programs.
Member Care Coordinator (Practical Care)
Help meet the practical needs of missionaries serving overseas so that they can better fulfill their calling. Duties include "customer service", facilitating transitions to and from the field, assisting missionaries with financial and insurance questions,and maintaining current records.
Missional Training Specialist
Assess, produce, organize, facilitate and develop a range of missional training that develops people in the life-cycle of missional growth and service.

To steward, facilitate, coordinate, and build relationships between American Christian Colleges, Christian College groups on secular campuses, and college/career ministries in local churches, in order to mobilize college/career age individuals for world missions.
