To assist the National Director in the development of the ministry of OM Australia.
Areas of responsibility include leadership, pastoral care, teaching, church partnership and recruiting, allowing the National Director to give attention to responsibilities in his major areas of gifting.

OM Australia is excited to announce the launch of a training programme in Sydney in 2010. There are two intakes a year, one in January and one in September and participants can join for 6 months or 1 year. The training is called SURF, as the content outline of what you'll learn is best explained through the acronym SURF
- Submitting to and knowing God (Biblical foundations)
- Understanding yourself (discovering how God has uniquely wired you)
- Reaching out to others (hands-on cross-cultural outreach and mission trips)
- Faith-filled living (releasing your gifts and resources to be used for God)
SURF is designed specifically for young adults and is made up of solid foundational theory, and practical hands-on ministry. SURF is all about motivating and training you to follow Jesus and equip you to share God’s love with others no matter where you end up in the future!
