We are an international team of around 45 people from 10 different nations.
In Chisinau we have our two main office buildings where we host several conferences and seminars during the year.

We are looking for a cook. The job includes:

• Cooking meals for staff and individual guests and larger groups of Christian workers attending conferences, meetings or training sessions.
• Planning, preparing and serving meals for groups from 2 to 60 people.
• Planning menus, shopping and cooking
• Showing special care for guest with particular dietary needs.
• Using your practical gifts to bless OM.

A 200-year-old Mill in Mosbach, Germany has been converted into a conference centre which is home to OM Germany.
Join OM Germany’s motivated team to serve guests from within Germany and all over the world.  Working together with a master chef, you will be providing three delicious meals each day for visitors and the OM Germany team.

A person who not only can cook well but is able to view providing meals as a ministry is needed to provide food service for the OM USA office. The Coordinator of Food Services will work with the Director of Conferences and Events to plan and provide meals for special events, conferences held on the OM USA property, and team events.

The Food Services Coordinator will work with the Director of Conferences and Events to plan and provide meals for special events, conferences held on the OM Ireland property.  This would include cooking for or finding hired help to cook for individual guests and larger groups of Christian workers attending conferences, meetings or training sessions.
 You will be asked to plan, prepare and serve meals for groups from 2 to 100.
Planning menus, shopping, cooking, and showing special care for guest with particular dietary needs will be utilizing your practical gifts to bless OM and our God.

If you have housekeeping experience, have good organizational and administrative skills, and pleasant and effective people skills, we would love for you to be part of our team.

Do you have a gift for hospitality and enjoy serving others in practical ways?  OM Italy needs people with hospitality and housekeeping skills to help with the day to day running of “Forterocca” – our retreat and ministry center located in the Pellice Valley of NW Italy.  Come live in a quiet mountain village amid the beauty of the Italian Alps.  Become part of a team that creates a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests at Forterocca. You will also have opportunities for ministry outside Forterocca together with the OM Italy team.

A couple  or one - two individuals fully dedicated, who will help out with logistics for newcomers to the field; communicate with possible partnering colleges who send believing researchers; give
orientation and training to those coming, and other.

If your skills lie in the area of hospitality, you can contribute significantly to this ministry by helping do the many things that have to be done to make the conferences and outreaches possible.  By providing for the daily needs of outreach workers, by participating in the daily upkeep and care of the centre, and by being a cheerful hostess you can make sure that these events are a success.  If you have a gift or live of service this is a great opportunity for you.

Through the dynamic ministry of OM Turning Point in London, teams are building friendships and sharing the truth about Jesus with people from the Middle East, North Africa, Asia and other parts of Europe.

You will be a part of a team that will oversee the hospitality, housekeeping, and various types of outreach and training conferences; including cooking, shopping, cleaning and stocking.

A desire to encourage and pray with conference particpants is a great bonus to the ministry.

We are also looking for people with a heart for church planting. Helping with the Sunday church plant is also part of the job description. 

There are opportunities to get involved in other minsitries and training during the week as time permits.

1. The provision of a place of rest, relaxation and refuge for personnel.

2. The provision of basic member care services.

3. The provision of hospitality for guests when needed.

Do you like to see things implemented and worked through? This role is all about implementing logical plans together with the Event Manager. It includes organizing venues for events, hospitality, catering, as well as organizing transport, technical, health & safety and other support services.

You will use your management and leadership skills to oversee the operations department to ensure smooth running, effective usage and further enhancement of the Lacken House property, the headquarters of OM Ireland.

At the International Coordinating Team (ICT) we have about 70 members of staff, including a number of families. We believe that each person is an important part of the team. To facilitate the ministry we have four office buildings on two different sites, situated 6 miles apart. The purpose of the position is
to provide services in helping the ICT team members to be effective in their ministry, by providing adequate housing, encourage fellowship and team unity, provide pastoral care and help with areas of office work.
