We need an enthusiastic person to manage our IT systems.  You will help with computer problems and maintain our email and file server. Although previous experience in IT is a big advantage, you will be trained on-the-job and supported by OM’s international technical support team. Here’s an IT challenge – provide network maintenance and support to a multinational, multi-lingual team working with various operating systems and a multitude of applications. Also stay of top of  security, informing the team to be aware of any issues. You’ll provide critical front line support to our teams working in community development projects around the country, and build relationships with your national co-workers as you train them in networking and software. Web technologies are a vital part of OM's IT infrastructure and are used to make information available within the organisation, to the public, and to partner individuals and organisations.  Web technologies are also important for building and maintaining a sense of community.  The Web System Programmer will be part of an international team that is enhancing and expanding OM's external and internal web presence through the translation of business requirements into technical designs and functioning components.

Assist the IT Operations Manager in administration of deployed systems.

This is a shore based support position.

The training department of OM International Human Resource Services develops, oversees and facilitates appropriate training for work roles and personal development for all its staff. The online learning developer will work with the other training professionals in the department to extend the e-learning capacity to meet OM needs. Currently, an online learning management tool (Moodle) is being used, and it is expected that other e-learning tools will be implemented in the future.
