Turkish Outreach are looking for people with a passion for Jesus and a heart to see churches planted throughout Turkey.
Our aim is to carry out evangelism, discipling and church-planting in every area of Turkey, to strengthen existing churches, and, where appropriate, carry out development work.
We are looking for people to pioneer and or join new CP initiatives, as well as existing church plants.

Be part of a focused church-planting ministry team sharing the gospel with and discipling Arabs (or Kurds). The focus is on learning Arabic (or Kurdish) well, adjusting culturally and developing good ministry skills.  This usually involves full-time language study for the first two years, although this can often be combined with other relevant interests (teaching, sport, music, etc.).  Developing relationships and seeking to share the gospel is expected from day one.  We have a number of ministry teams in both urban and rural locations.

In partnership with churches, we desire to be a catalyst for counter-cultural change by reaching out to neighbourhoods through church planting(new, organic, missional-incarnational, communities of faith.

• Partnering with a local church, sharing the good news and discipling Japanese.

- Non-Japanese speakers will spend the first one or two years in full-time language study, combined with other relevant ministries (teaching English, music, etc.).

• Work with Churches in areas where there no missionaries and churches are small, andd often struggling.
• Work with local churches in Hokuriku region where there is little presence of missionaries.

As part of the Global Action Programme you will be the Coordinator of the Intensive Training Programme.  The students are in Chile for nine months and are involved in different ministries (children's work, art, skateboard ministry, homeless). You also will be part of one or more of these ministries.

Our NGO, located in a "roof of the world" capital city, is looking for a DEPUTY COUNTRY DIRECTOR. This should be a person of vision and compassion, desiring to make a difference in a land weary of war. High School Ministries exists to mobilize High School students to missions by building relationships in churches, schools and other events where missions and recruiting is a focus. The Director of High School ministries is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to interest and mobilize students to world missions…this may include publicity material, presentations, and calendar of events.

To oversee the development and implementation of the Short Term Missions strategy as part of OM USA’s mobilization strategy.
To give direction to and manage the Short Term Missions Team.

A well established community development organisation is looking for a gifted individual to fill the role of EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.

This role involves:

• Strengthening and developing the vision of the organization to work with the marginalized.
• Overseeing the organization, with up to 25 expatriate and 225 national staff, and local volunteers.

The homeless ministry is an growing ministry in OM Chile where you will be part of.
You will reach out to the homeless on the street, teach others how to reach out and lead them into the ministry.

The IFO of OM is an internationally endorsed role involving direction of finance systems and leadership of the finance community throughout the OM family of ministries. The job would suit a proven Finance professional with an established track record of problem solving and team leadership across cultural and international boundaries. An internationally recognised qualification is a prerequisite to represent the organisation within our regulatory frameworks.

The training department of OM International Human Resource Services develops, oversees and facilitates appropriate training for work roles and personal development for all its staff. One of the key factors in recruiting and in keeping staff is the availability of relevant training. Our desire is that every OM-er is equipped to fulfill their ministry roles and to grow in their relationship with God, and we see training as a key element in this. The international training coordinator will work with the other training professionals in the department to support and network with trainers across the organization, to develop training strategy, policy and ethos, and to assist in presenting effective training to meet OM’s needs.

The coordinator of the international training department is accountable to the International HR director (Director of International Personnel Services).

We are looking for a couple to live in a small village along the shores of Lake Tanganyika.

Your role in this remote church planting situation will be to help establish a permanent base along the lake shore.

We are in need of two couples to help with this.

This is a wonderful opportunity to serve with OM SA as an Events Manager for all major events and short term outreaches inside and outside of South Africa.  The job entails managing and leading a team and recruit additional volunteers.  It includes managing an annual event operational plan including budget, promotion and timelines.  It will involve developing and managing operational systems and resources including financial, administrative, communication and IT.

You will use your management and leadership skills to oversee the operations department to ensure smooth running, effective usage and further enhancement of the Lacken House property, the headquarters of OM Ireland.

We are a vibrant, growing, dynamic OM field seeking a motivated and focused leader-manager for our personnel and member care team. The heartbeats of our field are evangelism, discipleship and training. You will be releasing and helping others on the frontline of mission, by managing people, applications, visas, interviews, appraisals, re-entry, record keeping, policy and procedures.

Based near Vienna, our EurAsia Support Team specialises in publishing Christian literature and media for Eurasian people groups. It also supplies relief materials for needy peoples and makes the needs of forgotten peoples known.

We need a Publishing Coordinator to:

1. Network with other missions and with publishers regarding Christian literature and multi-media to be translated for publication for Eurasian people groups.

2. Negotiate copyright contracts with publishers, and printing prices with printers.

3. Assist with drawing up and monitoring project budgets and production schedules.

4. Possibly assist with literature distribution or raising funds for publishing projects.

5. Co-ordinate with the Literature & Media Production Manager and Field Leadership.

A well established development agency in Central Asia is looking for a Regional Director. You’ll be responsible for developing strategy and overseeing project implementation in the areas of Community Development, Disability and Public Health. You’ll have a sense of adventure, a love for people and the ability to work with a team. You’ll be willing to learn a new language and oversee national staff.  Bring the light of life to needy communities in this demanding role.

The regional co-ordinator's role is to lead OM's representation to local churches and individuals in his/her region of the UK.  We currently have regional co-ordinators representing us in only five regions – there is scope for another half a dozen!    The role involves taking meetings on behalf of OM, meeting church leaders, helping OMers strengthen relationships with their sending churches and supporters, organizing meetings for visiting speakers and presentation teams, etc.

We are in need of a regional director for our relief and development operation in this exciting Central Asian city. The right candidate will have the opportunity to develop a regional strategy and coordinate some cutting edge and life-saving ministries in our region. Development experience is highly recommended. People skills are important as you will be overseeing a number of foreign and local staff. (M)

Coordinator of Short Term Teams, Church Teams, and other Mission outreaches.  You will be coordinating the outreaches which are done in Greece (like Global Challenge and Transform) as well as possible trips organized from Greece, through which we want to expose the Greek Church - and especially the young people - to world mission, both nearby as well as far away.

OM Andean Region has develop a successful nine week intensive missions training school, called “ECTM.” This mission school seeks to train, equip and prepare Latin Americans who are interested in serving God through cross-cultural mission work.  We would like to expand our mission school, and enhance training program for local churches and missionaries.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person required to oversee national and international training programs. The candidate will help with the development of program goals and curriculums, will identify and coordinate training needs and opportunities, and will work together with the training team to ensure the successful running of established programs.
