Evangelist/Discipler/Church Planter (Near East)
Be part of a focused church-planting ministry team sharing the gospel with and discipling Arabs (or Kurds). The focus is on learning Arabic (or Kurdish) well, adjusting culturally and developing good ministry skills. This usually involves full-time language study for the first two years, although this can often be combined with other relevant interests (teaching, sport, music, etc.). Developing relationships and seeking to share the gospel is expected from day one. We have a number of ministry teams in both urban and rural locations.

OM Panama exists to mobilize, equip, and send out Latin Americans as missionaries to the unreached world.

We are seeking a “Church Mobilizer & Volunteer Coordinator” to actively work among churches in the country’s capital, Panama City. While many churches are growing in their heart for missions, often they need encouragement and specific help or training so that their people can become more fully involved in the joyful task of missions.
OM has long had a ministry presence in this beautiful, vibrant city and this role would involve regularly initiating contact with local churches, providing leadership to OM volunteers in Panama City, and helping recruit for OM.

Arts ministry: The ancient Greeks used the arts to communicate important messages. Why should we not do the same, sharing the message of the gospel through the creative arts, music, drama, paintings etc?
This ministry has high development potential in Greece and we are open for people who can be our art pioneers, as the work has not yet been established, although we have some contacts with some Greek Christian artists.
We are not only thinking about producing art but also encouraging and discipling believers to use the arts in communicating the Gospel.

The training department of OM International Human Resource Services develops, oversees and facilitates appropriate training for work roles and personal development for all its staff.
