Do you love evangelism, preaching and/or discipleship and hope to find a ministry where you have the opportunity to develop and use your gifts?

Our church planting team in Odessa is looking for a person to:
1) preach and disciple new believers in church plants,
2) encourage and motivate Christian, especially in villages,
3)plan and execute evangelism together with local Christians.

Be part of a focused church-planting ministry team sharing the gospel with and discipling Arabs (or Kurds). The focus is on learning Arabic (or Kurdish) well, adjusting culturally and developing good ministry skills.  This usually involves full-time language study for the first two years, although this can often be combined with other relevant interests (teaching, sport, music, etc.).  Developing relationships and seeking to share the gospel is expected from day one.  We have a number of ministry teams in both urban and rural locations.

We are looking for someone willing to work as Global Action Coordinator. He/she needs to speak Spanish. To be willing to travel, promote OM and recruit for the programmes. Be involved in coordinating, training and evangelism in the Global Action programme activities and willing to learn and adapt to the culture. Willing to live in a team situation.

To assist the National Director in the development of the ministry of OM Australia. 
Areas of responsibility include leadership, pastoral care, teaching, church partnership and recruiting, allowing the National Director to give attention to responsibilities in his major areas of gifting.

We have a need for an Area Manager to take over as soon as possible. The new manager will be based in Phnom Penh at our central office and will provide Leadership over the ministry Teams and work with HQ in Singapore to build and expand the ministry in Cambodia. While Social Work skills would be an asset, it is not requirement. Some training will be provided.

Our NGO, located in "roof of the world" capital Central Asian city, is looking for a new COUNTRY DIRECTOR. This should be a person of vision and compassion, desiring to make a difference in a land weary of war. This would include leading the current work, overseeing personnel and finances, and expanding and initiating new projects as opportunities arise.  (M)

Provide leadership and coordination to mobilize American Christians over 40 to active participation in missions and to promote the ministry of OM.

We are looking for someone willing to work as Global Action Coordinator. He/she needs to speak Spanish. To be willing to travel, promote OM and recruit for the programmes. 1. Raising money for media projects.
2. Communicating with other missions and publishers regarding literature and multi-media available to publish.
3. Negotiating copyright contracts with publishers and printing prices with printers.
4. Able to produce and balance project budgets and production chart
5. Involvement in distribution.
6. Reporting back to donors.

Team members working with a local church could be helping with some of the following: bible studies, worship, youth work, Sunday School, children's programmes, one-to-one discipleship, training and development, serving practically, teaching and other involvement in church programmes and special events.

Operations Manager: use your management and leadership skills to oversee the operations department to ensure smooth running, effective usage and further enhancement of the Lacken House property, the headquarters of OM Ireland.

The regional co-ordinator's role is to lead OM's representation to local churches and individuals in his/her region of the UK.  We currently have regional co-ordinators representing us in only five regions – there is scope for another half a dozen!    The role involves taking meetings on behalf of OM, meeting church leaders, helping OMers strengthen relationships with their sending churches and supporters, organizing meetings for visiting speakers and presentation teams, etc.

We are in need of a regional director for our relief and development operation in this exciting Central Asian city. The right candidate will have the opportunity to develop a regional strategy and coordinate some cutting edge and life-saving ministries in our region. Development experience is highly recommended. People skills are important as you will be overseeing a number of foreign and local staff. (M)

The OM Kosovo team is looking for new team members to join their ministry.  We need people with a capacity to work in a team, build friendships with Kosovar young people, learn language, play football, help in education centre and work at a youth camp.  This can also include people willing to be pioneers to get new ministries  started!
