This person will support the Alumni Director in his/her oversight of OM USA’s Alumni Network and Alumni Steering Committee, ensuring that appropriate events are held and that communication with alumni is regular and effective, and serving as liaison between the Alumni Network and the OM USA staff team. This person will work directly with the OM-Italy Field Leader to assist new team members becoming a part of the team and in beginning to take an active role in team life and life in the Italian culture. Documents such as permits of stay, residence permits, and new phone, utilities, etc., as well as possibly locating a new residence are all a part of the needs of new team members. This person will also be responsible for helping the new team members discover the local Italian culture and history and will learn about the local and regional cultures as a part of the role. Additionally, a growing number of potential missions personnel are visiting the OM-Italy field on vision trips, and this person will lead the process of welcoming and hospitality for these guests to the OM offices.
A candidate with an aptitude for learning the processes and culture in Italy, the ability to complete tasks, and a love for serving others will contribute significantly to the growing OM-Italy team.

Would you like to help South Americans reach the ends of the world with the Gospel? OM Andean Region is the home office to four countries crossed by the Andes Mountains: Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela and Colombia. We are in great need of a person who would help us through the administrative process of sending volunteers and workers from our region to missions overseas, and receiving volunteers and workers from overseas to our region.
Some of the main responsibilities are:
1)Respond to initial inquires (send list of ministry opportunities, basic info; etc.)
2)Manage all pre-communication with new candidates.

Short-term Mission personnel manager - OM Austria (Austria)
As personnel manager "Short-term Mission", you manage and administrate all enquiries of interested participants and supervise processes and advise people before, during and after their mission experience.
Other tasks are depending on ability and/or interest: Working in international panels; doing the administration for our short-term mission experiences in Austria; helping to set up training conferences; recruiting people; speaking in churches and youth groups.

Training and Retreat Center Operations Director (Italy)
How would you like to work in an exciting new ministry and be responsible for the day-to-day management of a newly opened training and retreat center located at the foot of the Alps in northwest Italy?

The regional co-ordinator's role is to lead OM's representation to local churches and individuals in his/her region of the UK. We currently have regional co-ordinators representing us in only five regions – there is scope for another half a dozen! The role involves taking meetings on behalf of OM, meeting church leaders, helping OMers strengthen relationships with their sending churches and supporters, organizing meetings for visiting speakers and presentation teams, etc.

Training Administrator, OM Lifehope (United Kingdom)
Are you excited to see young people trained to be effective in mission? To provide administrative support to our training team. Various administrative tasks, including typing documents, making timetables, planning programmes and maintaining calendars. To prepare training materials for trainees. OM Andean Region has develop a successful nine week intensive missions training school, called “ECTM.” This mission school seeks to train, equip and prepare Latin Americans who are interested in serving God through cross-cultural mission work. We would like to expand our mission school, and enhance training program for local churches and missionaries.
