The Director of Alumni is responsible for fostering the ongoing connection and of OM USA Alumni to OM by representing their interests to OM USA and OM at large, leading efforts to increase significantly the alumni membership and membership functions of OM USA, and by providing leadership in organizing and/or assisting with local events and activities for om usa alumn

You will be part of the leadership team for Intensive training students.  The students are in Chile for nine months.  You will be a leader or co-leader for two or 3 of the different ministries (children's work, art, skateboard/BMX ministry, homeless and prostitute ministry)

Pastoral/Professional counselor
As part of our member care team, you would provide preventative care through teaching and training. You would provide crisis care through debriefing and ongoing care through counseling and visits.  You would also serve the wider community. Language: English (Arabic is a plus). Minimum commitment: 3 years.

We are looking for someone willing to work as Global Action Coordinator. He/she needs to speak Spanish. To be willing to travel, promote OM and recruit for the programmes. Be involved in coordinating, training and evangelism in the Global Action programme activities and willing to learn and adapt to the culture. Willing to live in a team situation.

We have an urgent need for a couple and or a family to assist with hospitality and logistical planning for visiting workers and short term teams (churches, organizations).

Help meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of American missionaries as they serve overseas. Interacting with missionaries on a regular basis, praying with them, counseling through issues, helping them fulfill their calling by supporting their needs. Coordinators should have at least one year overseas experience for this role to assist them in job duties.

This person will work directly with the OM-Italy Field Leader to assist new team members becoming a part of the team and in beginning to take an active role in team life and life in the Italian culture. Documents such as permits of stay, residence permits, and new phone, utilities, etc., as well as possibly locating a new residence are all a part of the needs of new team members. This person will also be responsible for helping the new team members discover the local Italian culture and history and will learn about the local and regional cultures as a part of the role. Additionally, a growing number of potential missions personnel are visiting the OM-Italy field on vision trips, and this person will lead the process of welcoming and hospitality for these guests to the OM offices.
A candidate with an aptitude for learning the processes and culture in Italy, the ability to complete tasks, and a love for serving others will contribute significantly to the growing OM-Italy team.

Would you like to help South Americans reach the ends of the world with the Gospel?  OM Andean Region is the home office to four countries crossed by the Andes Mountains: Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela and Colombia.  We are in great need of a person who would help us through the administrative process of sending volunteers and workers from our region to missions overseas, and receiving volunteers and workers from overseas to our region.     
  Some of the main responsibilities are:
1)Respond to initial inquires (send list of ministry opportunities, basic info; etc.)
2)Manage all pre-communication with new candidates. 
3)Assist with field member’s administrative services, insurance issues, support issues, etc.
4)Assist with all other administrative personnel tasks.
5)Keep new recruits inspired and motivated through the whole process.

The home office in Belgium is looking for a person who can process all recruiting,screening and application forms for applicants interested in joining short or long term opportunities with OM all over the world.
Part of your job would be providing information via phone or email to the requests that come in and continue providing guidance to find the right place within OM for each person considering their background,desires,abilities,expectations,etc. Also overseeing the whole application-screening process until they leave the country to join the new field, as well as staying in contact with them and their families once they have reached the field.

As personnel manager "Short-term Mission", you manage and administrate all enquiries of interested participants and supervise processes and advise people before, during and after their mission experience.
Other tasks are depending on ability and/or interest: Working in international panels; doing the administration for our short-term mission experiences in Austria; helping to set up training conferences; recruiting people; speaking in churches and youth groups.

Each year 200+ people from the UK take part in 'Global Challenge' events - short-term (2 weeks to 3 months) outreaches in every corner of the world.  This role involves communicating with those interested in taking part - by phone, email, letter, etc., then processing applications and helping Global Challenge participants with preparation, travel etc.    There will be opportunities to go with other team members taking meetings to promote 'Global Challenge' and an opportunity to take part in one Global Challenge outreach each year.
Building good relationships with 'Global Challenge' participants is a key part of this role, so follow-up after their return to the UK will also be part of the role

How would you like to work in an exciting new ministry and be responsible for the day-to-day management of a newly opened training and retreat center located at the foot of the Alps in northwest Italy?

This person would oversee the staff and have accountability for planning, organizing and directing all services, including front-of-house (reception, concierge, reservation), dining, and housekeeping.

Also involved is the preparing budgets and marketing strategies and achieving targets for ministry center. The Enlistment & Placement Advisor will develop relationships with applicants interested in joining OM and serving in overseas fields. Norway is a country with many Christian churches, schools and conferences - plenty of scope to recruit for missions. Recruiting includes building of relationships with potential new OMers, sharing about OM in meetings, manning a presentation stand at conferences or feeding the Christian press with articles on missions. Possibilities of combining the OM work with studies at a local Bible college.

The regional co-ordinator's role is to lead OM's representation to local churches and individuals in his/her region of the UK.  We currently have regional co-ordinators representing us in only five regions – there is scope for another half a dozen!    The role involves taking meetings on behalf of OM, meeting church leaders, helping OMers strengthen relationships with their sending churches and supporters, organizing meetings for visiting speakers and presentation teams, etc.

Short Term Team coordinator is a vital link between teams and our fields.  Teams go to Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Indonesia.  Experience of these cultures is an advantage. Should have good communication skills and a heart to reach people.

Are you excited to see young people trained to be effective in mission? To provide administrative support to our training team. Various administrative tasks, including typing documents, making timetables, planning programmes and maintaining calendars. To prepare training materials for trainees. To arrange schedules for trainers and liase with other staff on various matters relating to trainees.

OM Andean Region has develop a successful nine week intensive missions training school,  called “ECTM.” This mission school seeks to train, equip and prepare Latin Americans who are interested in serving God through cross-cultural mission work.  We would like to expand our mission school, and enhance training program for local churches and missionaries.

OM Andean Region is looking for a Training Coordinator to plan and lead the development and implementation of these training programs.  The key responsibility will be to build up the team and local churches through exciting and engaging training courses as well as the school.
