This work is focused on empowering poor women in and around this city. This person would be involved in managing existing programs and expanding/developing new ones. (M)

• Develop and implement strategies and develop key relationships to ensure the financial resources necessary for the Near East field’s ministries. 
• Oversee relations with Financial Development Facilitators in resourcing fields, donors and donor organizations.
• Track and report back to home offices and donors on the progression and impact of ministries that have been funded.
• Maintain relationships with home offices and other Area/Field Financial Development Facilitators/Officers.

Our ministry, based near Vienna, Austria, is involved in bringing humanitarian aid to Bosnia and to the Roma/gypsy people in Slovakia and Hungary.
We are looking for someone to take over our Relief and Development Department
This person will oversee and manage all of the humanitarian aid that comes in, organize it for shipments to Bosnia, Slovakia and Hungary.
Resource raising for projects (including funds, materials and special equipment).
Additional responsibilities will include keeping the warehouse organized, as well as being involved in the transports. This ministry has a lot of potential for someone with a vision to develop it further.

As our Finance Manager, you’ll be involved in overseeing budgets and reporting for projects and our head office and assisting project managers in reporting outcomes to donors. As a key element of our project management team, you’ll be one of the first to hear of the great things God is doing through our projects around the world.

The job involves making regular visits to our projects in Moldova; establishing and maintaining contact with key donors; helping department heads to put together relevant reports;working together with the finance team in OM Moldova to help meet our financial goals and responsibilities.
