Short-term Missions Trip
Siberian Extreme, 3rd season - Biketrip (Russian Federation)
To reach people of all ages with the Gospel in Siberian villages.
We will travel by bikes on the rough roads and do some evangelistic programs during our short visits to Siberian villages
We will start our outreach with a few days of orientation in Novosibirsk,then take a train to the countryside and start our biketrip. We will then spend 9 days sharing the Gospel in Siberian villages.
Upon our return to Novosibirsk we will have a couple of days for debrief and relaxation before departure
Anyone with a desire to try new things, to be flexible and to allow God to stretch and use them in His service is welcome! Team languages will be English and Russian. There will be a few volunteer translators, but do not expect a personal translator for you all the time.
Come with an open heart to love and share your life with a different culture.
During the conference we will be in the OM building.On the trip we will sleep in tents. Please bring your own sleeping bag and mat.
Food will be provided. Be prepared for simple food cooked on fire. We need to know in advance of any special dietary needs (vegetarian, food allergies, and so on).
You should fly into Novosibirsk Tolmachevo Airport and we will meet you there How to find us: We will meet you in Novosibirsk Tolmachevo Airport and take you to the OM building. Directions will be provided to any one making their own way.
You should be in good health and be able to ride a bike a 50-70 km per day. You are responsible to obtain appropriate emergency health and medical insurance
You need to get a tourist visa from a tourist company
