France is spiritually one of the poorest countries in Western Europe, with less than 1% evangelical Christians. Along with our regular outreaches, we want to encourage others to come and reach the many who haven't heard of Jesus Christ.
Do you have good organizational skills? Can you communicate well? Come be part of a team organising short-term outreaches for international participants in French cities. Be the contact point for the groups asking for an outreach, for the other OM offices & for the French churches.

Pioneering Arts Ministry (Greece)
Arts ministry: The ancient Greeks used the arts to communicate important messages. Why should we not do the same, sharing the message of the gospel through the creative arts, music, drama, paintings etc?
This ministry has high development potential in Greece and we are open for people who can be our art pioneers, as the work has not yet been established, although we have some contacts with some Greek Christian artists.
We are not only thinking about producing art but also encouraging and discipling believers to use the arts in communicating the Gospel.
Short Term Coordinator

American Football coach
American football is a rapidly growing sport in Hungary. Over the last 7 years 36 teams have been started. There is a desperate need for coaches who can help. The Hungarian American Football Federation has asked OM Hungary Sports Ministry to find coaches. This coaching position is an excellent opportunity to share your faith and life with future leaders of Hungary. Coach in a local club and minister with a local church planter to build meaningful relationships through this growing sport.
Coaching experience is helpful with this position. Besides coaching, you can lead English Bible studies for the players, teach football in the local schools, and help the local church planter with other ministries you enjoy. Training is offered in language and culture.
American Football player
American Football is a rapidly growing sport in Hungary. American Football started in 2002 and now there are 36 teams in the country. Come and join a club team and our Sports Ministry with OM Hungary. Relationship you build on your team gives you an excellent, naturally way to reach young men in Hungary with the gospel. You will play with a local club and minister with a local church planter to build meaningful relationships through playing along side and helping Hungarians learn your favorite sport.
If you have played at college or even High school level you will be a star player in Hungary and be asked to teach them what you know!
You will have a mentor to help you learn sports ministry, language and culture.
When you are not practicing or playing you will be able to lead English Bible studies with players, teach football in local schools, help church planter with other ministries you are interested in.
Baseball Player/coach
Baseball is a growing sport in Hungary, but still in the development stages. Every club would love to have an experienced player playing for them, and many church planters are interested in using sports ministry.
You will play on the local mens fast pitch baseball team and help them with their youth baseball program. All of your ministry will be in partnership with a local church planter to build meaningful relationships through baseball. You will also have the opportunity to help in sports camps and with the training of Hungarian National team players.

Women's fast Pitch Softball is a growing sport in Hungary but still in the development stages. You will play on the local women's fast pitch softball team and help them with their youth program. Children's Worker - Creative Arts Team

OM Ireland has been developing a wide range of children’s programmes using the creative arts as a means of engaging and exploring the Bible.
Our double decker red bus often becomes the focal point for evangelism in the community and can work in a wide range of locations such as: villages, towns or cities, housing estates, schools, city centres, etc. Our team is also involved in school activities such as RE (Religious education) classes, day retreats, workshops, and multi- media shows.

Food Services Coordinator
The Food Services Coordinator will work with the Director of Conferences and Events to plan and provide meals for special events, conferences held on the OM Ireland property. This would include cooking for or finding hired help to cook for individual guests and larger groups of Christian workers attending conferences, meetings or training sessions. You will be asked to plan, prepare and serve meals for groups from 2 to 100. Planning menus, shopping, cooking, and showing special care for guest with particular dietary needs will be utilizing your practical gifts to bless OM and our God.
“Immersion” Team Member
OM Ireland’s Immersion programme is designed to immerse its participants in God’s word, in ministry, and in Irish Culture. Immersion consists of teaching and training in a classroom environment at OM Ireland’s ministry headquarters, Lacken House, where participants will be instructed in a wide range of topics including evangelism, Bible study, apologetics, spiritual gifts, and much more! The majority of the Immersion experience will occur away from Lacken House where Immersion teams will live and serve in villages and towns with partner churches throughout Ireland, doing various types of ministries including organising kids clubs, working in Christian book stores, being involved in sports ministry, organising women’s bible studies, leading a youth group and more.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be in charge of the up keep and maintenance of the OM Ireland property including all buildings and grounds. The five acre property consists of the Main House with 5 guest rooms, 3 Chalets, and a 2-story Office Block. Through the dynamic ministry of OM Turning Point in London, teams are building friendships and sharing the truth about Jesus with people from the Middle East, North Africa, Asia and other parts of Europe.
You will be a part of a team that will oversee the hospitality, housekeeping, and various types of outreach and training conferences; including cooking, shopping, cleaning and stocking.
A desire to encourage and pray with conference particpants is a great bonus to the ministry.

Online Learning Developer
The training department of OM International Human Resource Services develops, oversees and facilitates appropriate training for work roles and personal development for all its staff. The online learning developer will work with the other training professionals in the department to extend the e-learning capacity to meet OM needs. Currently, an online learning management tool (Moodle) is being used, and it is expected that other e-learning tools will be implemented in the future.
