This crucial role includes interaction and communication with Donors and partners across Canada under the direction of our Director of Development. A variety of tasks such as scheduling, word processing, and data management are part of the role.

Working closely work closely with our Development and Communications directors., you will be involved in 
writing/editing, designing and producing a quarterly newsletter, press 
releases, brochures and other media to tell the global OM story to a 
Canadian audience.

This key role is essential to the functioning of the OM Canada office.  The primary function is processing gifts from across Canada for the many projects and missionaries working with OM Canada.

This is an exciting role.  This person works with people from their first inquiries about missions to seeing them launched onto the mission field.  The role involves interaction with people from across Canada and fellow OMers around the world.

This is a critical support role for OM Canada.  We need help to increase prayer for the world and good communication with our supporters and partners across the country and around the world by overseeing the mailing of all newsletters from the OM Canada office. We also need to keep our representatives up to date with all the resources and materials they need.

The financial development team serves the OM world through fundraising and by maintaining and developing relationships with partners and potential partners.  You will manage the process that sees new people introduced to the many opportunities and keeps existing partners connected to the projects they are partnering in.

The Member Care Coordinator provides support for missionaries in Canada and overseas.  This essential job is balance of practical administration and personal care vital for the continued success of missionaries serving with OM Canada.

The Associate Director of OM Canada requires a professional personal assistant. This position requires a person who is well-presented and well-spoken, organized and able to use basic computer software for data entry, word processing and email. The application developer will perform full cycle system implementation including process mapping, requirements gathering, specification writing, system analysis, system development, full cycle testing, implementation and post-production support.

Responsible for assisting in the preparation of the annual budget, review of financial systems, processes and controls; and must remain up-to-date on not-for-profit, regulatory and functional trends.

The business analyst is responsible for the technology enabling OM business processes.  He/she will understand OM standard operating procedures (SOP) and insure that software matches SOP without error.  He/she will also manage IT standard development techniques including project management, standard development cycles, quality assurance, implementation, and training.

Responsible for human resources for the OM USA field including personnel functions, staffing needs, compensation and benefits, policy and compliance, member care, and provide leadership for the HR department.

The Director of Information Technology (IT) will provide technology vision, strategy, leadership and management for developing, implementing, and maintaining information technology initiatives that improve cost effectiveness and service quality, and promote the strategic goals of OM USA executive team and the OM International Information Technology Committee.

Build a team of advocates and financial partners that would impact the lives of marginalized women around the world and to raise awareness of what OM, an international faith-motivated; non-profit organization is doing to help empower women who are trapped in trafficking, slavery, and/or poverty.  To link American Christian women with the plight of marginalized women around the world, through building networks, advocacy and raising awareness and resources to combat these issues globally.

The primary mission of this position is to increase the effectiveness of the VP of People Development by skillfully managing a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and projects related to helping, equipping and sustaining American missionaries serving with OM around the world. The ideal candidate will be experienced in administrative support and will be able to work independently within a team. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office team of diverse people and programs. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Professional-level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

To advance the mission of the Church Mobilization team through oversight of staff and key processes

A person who not only can cook well but is able to view providing meals as a ministry is needed to provide food service for the OM USA office. The Coordinator of Food Services will work with the Director of Conferences and Events to plan and provide meals for special events, conferences held on the OM USA property, and team events.

Working with our Placement Team, the Inquirer Scouting Coordinator responds to persons interested in serving with missions overseas.  Duties include following up and building relationships with applicants as they go through the application process as well as assisting the Placement Advisors in facilitating appropriate placement in the Global Action/Global Service Programs.

This role includes responsibility for managing and overseeing the review of Grant Proposals from India, clarifying the purpose of the Grant Request, submitting the Grant Request for approval to the OM USA CFO and, after the Grant is made, monitoring the required reports and verifying outcome of the Grant assuring it is in accordance with the approved Grant.

Help meet the practical needs of missionaries serving overseas so that they can better fulfill their calling. Duties include "customer service", facilitating transitions to and from the field, assisting missionaries with financial and insurance questions,and maintaining current records.

Assess, produce, organize, facilitate and develop a range of missional training that develops people in the life-cycle of missional growth and service.

Summary: To steward, facilitate, coordinate, and build relationships between American Christian Colleges, Christian College groups on secular campuses, and college/career ministries in local churches, in order to mobilize college/career age individuals for world missions. To plan, facilitate, and participate in recruiting events in the USA.

OM Arts stirs into action performing, technical and visual artists to tell the world about Jesus. The Short Term Mission & Logistics Coordinator will practically assist the OM Arts International Ministry Teams and Receiving Field(s) to set up all aspects and concerns for Short Term Mission trips. 
This person will also give logistical support to other projects and initiatives. Facilitate OM Arts International Short Term Missions trips; assist with other logistic  needs of the organization.

You can use your photography skills to help tell kingdom stories. As photographer, you will travel to OM teams worldwide, capturing both journalistic and inspirational images. Your pictures will be used in print and digital media to inspire American Christians to partner with these overseas teams.

The Enlistment & Placement Adviser will develop relationships with applicants interested in joining OM and serving in overseas fields. Duties include coordinating the sending and receiving of all application materials, communicating with the applicant and the target field regarding placement, relating to home/sending church when necessary as well as assisting during acceptance phase, support raising, and preparation before leaving for field.
