Communications Manager
Work in the Public Relations Department under the Director of PR to clarify and crystallise OMA’s key message.
You would:
o Oversee the creation of all printed publications including communications calendar, prayer posters, brochures and OMA’s magazine (3 per year)
o Co-ordinate, write and/or proof all e-news, mail outs and other publications
o Co-ordinate publicity for events, guest speakers and presentation teams
o Co-ordinate written, audio and event resources for OMA
o Co-ordinate the sourcing and dispersing of OMs’ international publicity
o Circulate OMs’ story and message to the Australian Christian Public
Database Developer / Administrator
We need a skilled database administrator to help us communicate more effectively with our partner base.

Director of Public Relations/Communications Officer
Oversee OM Australia’s Public Relations strategy to clarify, crystallise and distribute OMA’s key message. Formulate the strategy incorporating all aspects of communicating OM’s image and message; and lead the PR team in implementing the strategy. Be responsible for OMA’s printed materials and resources, co-ordination of national events and presentations, and coordination and distribution of written, audio and event resources.

Events Co-ordinator
This role is part of the Public Relations Department and involves overseeing the events strategy for OM Australia. You will be responsible to co-ordinate and oversee presentation teams, guest speakers, annual dinners in each state, national events and also organise and distribute the events calendar annually. You will also work with the communications co-ordinator to tailor
Financial Development Manager
Serving OM Australia’s ministries through fund raising. This will be achieved through maintaining and developing relationships with partners and potential partners, designing fundraising appeals and seeking funding avenues with written proposals. You would also be involved in the work of our Tax Deductible Aid arm. You will work closely with the Public Relations team to produce follow up reports, thank you letters and creative feedback to maintain commitment.
Friendship Evangelist/Discipler with MAP Team
Do you have a desire to connect with people of different religions and cultures, and a passion to share God's love with them?
The MAP Team has lots of opportunities to serve around Australia for you. Through various evangelistic outreaches, basic support services, sport and simply through neighbourhood connections, we build friendships with immigrants from Central Asia, the Middle East and other Muslim areas. According to your previous experiences we will provide training for you to learn how to reach out to our Muslim neighbours.
As an international team we partner with many churches and other mission agencies.
New South Wales State Director
If you are out-going, with a love for people and a passion for Mission, this may be a position for you!
In this role you would be mobilising people for World missions by representing OM in churches, youth groups, Christian Schools and at various Christian Mission conferences.
As well as the public ministry, you will be meeting one-on-one with people who are seeking God's will for their life and helping them through their journey into mission service.

Webmaster
Internet based communications and online financial transactions at OM are rapidly progressing and the Webmaster has an important technical role in making this happen.
This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys all aspects of web administration and design, responds well to challenges and shows initiative in developing new skills and solutions.
