OM Panama is looking for an enthusiastic Christian to take over the role of Short Term Outreach Coordinator on our team. The Short Term Outreach Coordinator is responsible for organizing and hosting of all OM Panama’s short term ministry activities, from week-long medical trips, to two-month exposure programmes, to year-long internships.

This exciting role provides the opportunity to work together with local pastors and volunteers, as well as promoting, recruiting, coordinating, and hosting international teams coming to Panama.

Baseball is a growing sport in Hungary, but still in the development stages. Every club would love to have an experienced player playing for them, and many church planters are interested in using sports ministry.
You will play on the local mens fast pitch baseball team and help them with their youth baseball program. All of your ministry will be in partnership with a local church planter to build meaningful relationships through baseball. You will also have the opportunity to help in sports camps and with the training of Hungarian National team players.

A mission outreach opportunity based in Hungary but covering many different  Central/Eastern European Countries. Join a mobile outreach bus, help with selling and distributing literature, get involved in creative ministries such as drama, music, painting, etc. or in evangelism or working in a street cafe, work in a mobile movie theater: Joining the Bus4life ministry gives you the opportunity to do all of this. In an adapted former library bus you will travel to different Central/Eastern European Countries, ministering to children and young people, families and older people, people from all walks of life. If you can occasionally skip a shower and sleep a night or 2 on the floor, you can have this hands-on experience of mission work.

English teachers are needed in Hungary!
There are  excellent opportunities to teach English, develop friendships and share the Gospel with many who still haven't heard. Join existing opportunities or start your own and come alongside long term missionaries in sharing your faith in this practical way.

OM Zambia hosts a number of outreach teams each year, a LOVE AFRICA Conference (attended by 500-700 people), and a variety of specialized courses.

We need someone with a heart for the least-reached people to organize and oversee these events.

Women's fast Pitch Softball is a growing sport in Hungary but still in the development stages. Every club would love to have an experienced player playing for them and many church planters are interested in using sports ministry. You will play on the local women's fast pitch softball team and help them  with their youth program. Your ministry will be in partnership with a local church planter to build meaningful relationships through softball.
No coaching experience is required with this position.
You will also have the opportunity to help camps and training of Hungarian National team players.
You will have a mentor/coach to help  you learn sports ministry, language and  culture.
When you are not playing you will have opportunities to lead English Bible studies with players, teach Baseball in local schools and help your church planter with other ministries you enjoy.

Serve OM Hungary's ministries through fund raising and by maintaining and developing relationships with partners and potential partners.  You will work closely with the communications coordinator to produce follow up reports, thank you letters and creative feedback to maintain accountability.

Other tasks are depending on ability and/or interest: Working in international panels; doing the administration for our short-term mission experiences in Austria; helping to set up training conferences; recruiting people; speaking in churches and youth groups.

France is spiritually one of the poorest countries in Western Europe, with less than 1% evangelical Christians.  Along with our regular outreaches, we want to encourage others to come and reach the many who haven't heard of Jesus Christ.

Do you have good organizational skills? Can you communicate well? Come be part of a team organising short-term outreaches for international participants in French cities.  Be the contact point for the groups asking for an outreach, for the other OM offices & for the French churches.

We are looking for someone willing to work as an assistant pastor in a young church situation. The main need is for evangelism and discipling, but willing to help in different areas.

There's no need for previous experience, but he needs to  be willing to learn and adjust to the culture.

Do you have the skills and training for counseling orphans and vulnerable children?  Then we need you at our AIDSHope after-school care program in Mamelodi. 

You would be able to help these kids process trauma, abuse, anger and grief through a variety of child-friendly therapy methods.

A small team makes weekly visits to government-run housing for children and teenagers. The applicant would be in charge of creating games/crafts to share with the children on a limited budget. Through building relationships with continued visits, the goal is to creatively share the gospel during the few hours each week together.

We are seeing God transforming lives in children with BIG needs, especially for love and affection.  We are looking for more people to get involved in this ministry.

Madagascar is a very young nation with 43% of the population under the age of 15. The harvest is truly ripe among the children of Madagascar, and we are searching for someone to help start Christian children's clubs in the capital, Antananarivo.

OM Chile has worked with various Children's homes for over five years.  This is an established ministry that is ready for growth.  This is an opportunity to continue working with the children's homes as well as to develop new opportunities to serve the children through new projects and programs in art, music and sports.

Sweden is one of the most secular countries in the world.  Religion has little or no influence on the daily life of the average Swede and how they relate to the world around them. However, recent trends seem to show that Swedes are again seeking for some sort of spirituality.

After the first 6 months there will be opportunities to continue with the outreach teams, work together with the office team, or assist a local church as you are led by God.  It is our desire to ensure that all our staff have continued training as they continue their time with us.

OM Córdoba is partnering with a local Christian English teaching organization that is in need of volunteers to work seasonally. The applicant would be attending weekly camps for students ranging from 10 year olds to the equivalent of seniors in high school (divided each week amongst age groups) that uses English to make connections with students from all over the country. The organization, called Cordoba Immersions, uses Biblical principles to train students not only to improve their second language, but to start thinking about their community and how they can make an impact for the world.
During off time, applicant will be serving in OM when possible.

We are looking for an ESL teacher with an adventurous streak, to help us pioneer a new church planting ministry. You'll teach English in a  government school, working alongside national staff. Outside of school you'll have opportunities to be involved in evangelism, discipleship, and Community Development.  Conditions will be hard, but the people are friendly and many have never heard the gospel. Will you be the first Jesus-follower they will meet?

Move to Sweden for the next three to six months.  You will live in Råslätt, a suburb of Jönköping with many immigrants. Reach out to needy peoples from different religious backgrounds together with the local church. The focus in Sweden will be threefold: close to God, close to each other and close to the world. Different opportunities include a youth center, public schools, sports, scouts and a second hand-store.

In January, move to Zurich for the last 6 months. The team is located in the inner city and reaches out to needy people in cooperation with local churches and organisations. Relationship based ministries include a drop-in centre for drug addicts, visiting homes, and a children's club. After you get experience we expect you to take more initiative and responsibility developing your ministry.

OM Ireland’s Immersion programme is designed to immerse its participants in God’s word, in ministry, and in Irish Culture.  Immersion consists of teaching and training in a classroom environment at OM Ireland’s ministry headquarters, Lacken House, where participants will be instructed in a wide range of topics including evangelism, Bible study, apologetics, spiritual gifts, and much more!  The majority of the Immersion experience will occur away from Lacken House where Immersion teams will live and serve in villages and towns with partner churches throughout Ireland, doing various types of ministries including organising kids clubs, working in Christian book stores, being involved in sports ministry, organising women’s bible studies, leading a youth group and more.

Working among Migrants in Germany is our passion. Reaching out to a multi-cultural city in the southern part of Germany, meetings kids and youths, enjoying a cup of tea and chats in different languages, running a Tea-House, helping migrants with German bureaucracy, sharing your live, investing your gifts and talents for planting a church and much more ...

The OM- Team has taken over leadership and staffing of the Kids ministry “Insel Arche” (Island Arc). It is hosted and financed by a small Methodist church and helps children in poor neighbor hoods do home work, have a warm meal and play in a safe family environment. It has a Christian profile but welcomes children from many different nationalities and religious backgrounds.
By now a solid partnership has developed.

Here at OM Ireland the Creative Arts Ministry Department is all about using our creative, random, crazy, out of the box ideas to share the love of God. We place a strong emphasis on creativity and the arts and we have pioneered a range of programmes using the arts:

• Music, Dance, Drama, Puppets, Ballooning, Visual Arts, Gospel Illusions, Storytelling, Bus Ministry, Training/Workshops

The team members will be encouraged to use their talents and also to learn and develop new ones. Performers will be encouraged to engage in and/or develop community projects. This is a pioneering opportunity, so many of the outreaches will take much initiative on your part. You will have the full support of the Creative Arts Team.

We are looking for an assistant leader to a growing skate board ministry in the capital city of Santiago Chile.  You will be giving workshops, building ramps, and working with local youth to train, mentor and disciple new Christians and evangelize those attracted to the program.

If you have a background in coaching sport and would like to use the opportunity of the 2012 Olympics to reach young people in the UK with the love of Jesus, this job is a fit for you!  You will have the chance to lead sports camps during the Olympics season, mentoring and discipling youth as you integrate spiritual truths with the excitement of sports.

Chile has been offering a 9-12 month Program since November 2005.  This is a training program for young people who would like to serve the Lord in missions, but don’t know where they want to go and what they exactly want to do.
The purpose of the program:

• that people will learn more about God, who they are in Christ, and learn more about themselves. We want to give them a mission experience; with on the job training so that they can reach out to the people they meet.

Would you like to see how God works through you to impact lives and the people around you as you share with them? Using various creative tools such as dramas, mimes, presentations etc. the team will motivate the church and entice them to get involved with missions. This is a great opportunity to gain some experience with missions and evangelism.
You will also have the opportunity to learn a new language and have cross-cultural experiences as you work in the community and with an international team. There will be several opportunities to serve with the  team in the different ministries, like working with an Island community, Orphanage and Hospital visits.

American Football is a rapidly growing sport in Hungary. American Football started in 2002 and now there are 36 teams in the country. Come and join a club team and our  Sports Ministry with OM Hungary. Relationship you build on your team gives you an excellent, naturally way to reach young men in Hungary with the gospel. You will play with a local club and minister with a local church planter to build meaningful relationships through playing along side and helping Hungarians learn your favorite sport.

We are looking for someone willing to work as an assistant pastor in a young church situation. The main need is for evangelism and discipling, but willing to help in different areas.

Baseball is a growing sport in Hungary, but still in the development stages. Every club would love to have an experienced player playing for them, and many church planters are interested in using sports ministry.
You will play on the local mens fast pitch baseball team and help them with their youth baseball program. All of your ministry will be in partnership with a local church planter to build meaningful relationships through baseball. You will also have the opportunity to help in sports camps and with the training of Hungarian National team players.

Are you eager to know about the Chinese people and serve them?  Then come and join our Chinese ministry team.  Here in the UK, there are about 300,000 Chinese with about 97% of them non-believers. With the doors wide open for accepting overseas students, about 80,000 students have come from Mainland China.
 
You will be joining an established ministry team reaching out to Chinese people in the UK including Cantonese speaking residents, Mandarin speaking students from mainland China and English-speaking, British-born Chinese. The team has been helping the Chinese churches with Bible study groups, evangelism training and preaching. You will also be involved in street evangelism and reaching out to univeristy students.

OM Panama is looking for an enthusiastic Christian to take over the role of Short Term Outreach Coordinator on our team. The Short Term Outreach Coordinator is responsible for organizing and hosting of all OM Panama’s short term ministry activities, from week-long medical trips, to two-month exposure programmes, to year-long internships.

This exciting role provides the opportunity to work together with local pastors and volunteers, as well as promoting, recruiting, coordinating, and hosting international teams coming to Panama.

If you love sports and people this is the role for you.  The Sports Ministry Manager needs to equip and mobilize the  coach and sports leaders to transform their community through sports.  The role includes identifying and developing a ministry strategy and co-ordinating the sport's ministry team program.

Italy needs an individual or a married couple to lead OM Italy's short-term missions training program.  This person would receive training and orientation before taking on this responsibility including getting to know the OM Italy team as well as cultural and language adaptation.  Once this training program is launched, this person would manage the team's training program, oversee the ongoing ministry and evangelistic outreaches in partnership with local Italian churches, be responsible for the pastoral care and development of the trainees, and facilitate the integration of trainees into the overarching ministry and vision of OM Italy. 

You have a passion for evangelism among artists and through the arts. Maybe you are a professional artist (eg dancer, visual artist, actor, musician, graphic designer) or maybe you are artistically gifted, even if you do not make a living from your art form. You would like to be on a new OM Arts team in the beautiful cultural capital, Vienna, starting in September 2012. This team will seek to impact Austrian society for Christ by networking Christian artists across the country, encouraging and equipping  those artists to live their whole lives for the gospel and by building  bridges to artists and non-artists who do not yet know Jesus. You will pray with the team for God to use artists and the arts to open blind eyes. You will help churches to think creatively about using the arts in evangelism, and have freedom to have and develop your own specific focus within the arts and to help shape this new ministry.

A mission outreach opportunity based in Hungary but covering many different  Central/Eastern European Countries. Community service and language learning is an integral part of this Church Mobilization opportunity. The Church Mobilization team that you would be a part of believes that our Savior Jesus Christ has destined the Arab Christian community to play a leading role in spreading the Gospel among Arab Muslims.  Arab Christians are being emboldened to share their faith.  As internationals serving within Church Mobilization, our task is to understand the dynamics of the Middle East in general and particular from an Arab Christian perspective so that we can in turn learn from, identify with, serve alongside, and, finally, mobilize Arab Christians into sharing their faith in Jesus Christ with their neighbors.  This evangelism philosophy serves as the backbone of all ministry activity we undertake within the community.

OM Córdoba is partnering with a local Christian English teaching organization that is in need of volunteers to work seasonally. The applicant would be attending weekly camps for students ranging from 10 year olds to the equivalent of seniors in high school (divided each week amongst age groups) that uses English to make connections with students from all over the country. The organization, called Cordoba Immersions, uses Biblical principles to train students not only to improve their second language, but to start thinking about their community and how they can make an impact for the world.

A small team makes weekly visits to government-run housing for children and teenagers. The applicant would be in charge of creating games/crafts to share with the children on a limited budget. You will be joining an established ministry team reaching out to Chinese people in the UK including Cantonese speaking residents, Mandarin speaking students from mainland China and English-speaking, British-born Chinese. American Football is a rapidly growing sport in Hungary. American Football started in 2002 and now there are 36 teams in the country. We would give the person opportunity to receive training and orientation before taking on the responsibility of the GA team. This would include getting to know the  current OM Hungary team, as well as cultural and language adaptation.
Once the Global Action team is established, you would oversee the  team and its involvment in regular effective evangelistic outreach partnership with existing church planting projects, lead the team in training and envisioning the local church for mission, be responsible for the pastoral care of the team and development of team life and also oversee the team’s training programme.

Reach out to needy peoples from different religious backgrounds together with the local church. The focus in Sweden will be threefold: close to God, close to each other and close to the world. Different opportunities include a youth center, public schools, sports, scouts and a second hand-store.

In January, move to Zurich for the last 6 months. The team is located in the inner city and reaches out to needy people in cooperation with local churches and organisations. Relationship based ministries include a drop-in centre for drug addicts, visiting homes, and a children's club. After you get experience we expect you to take more initiative and responsibility developing your ministry.

Hope for Zurich (former GAZ) is a training and outreach programme focused on city ministries in an european context. Ministries will be: reaching out to marginalised people such as lonely people, immigrants, addicted people & prostitutes etc. and spending time with them. We work in a network. The Short Term Outreach Coordinator is responsible for organizing and hosting of all OM Panama’s short term ministry activities, from week-long medical trips, to two-month exposure programmes, to year-long internships.

OM Buenos Aires is working in children's homes giving sport classes to the children, and offering classes in the sports facilities of a partner church to children from the neighborhood, teaching Christian values to them and their families.

It's an Intensive Training Program with the goal of giving you a taste and experience of Spanish culture, making friends, being stretched in new ways, spiritually, mentally and physically.  At the same time you will be helping to start new churches in a very touristic but spiritually needy country,do social work,street preaching in Madrid,  working, learning & living in a team situation (in a house with a garden, near the Atlantic Ocean).
Also as part of the program there will be a 120 km. hike to Santiago, following the "Camino Inglés".

Chile has been offering a 9-12 month Program since November 2005.  This is a training program for young people who would like to serve the Lord in missions, but don’t know where they want to go and what they exactly want to do.

• that people will learn more about God, who they are in Christ, and learn more about themselves. We want to give them a mission experience; with on the job training so that they can reach out to the people they meet.

We’re looking for an organised administrator with a love for people to assist our Field Training Coordinator. You’ll be involved in running all aspects of our Field training – researching appropriate courses, organising training events, and making sure our online training resources are up to date. You’ll have time to learn Arabic, as well as opportunities to make friends and experience Middle Eastern culture.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person required to oversee national and international training programs. The candidate will help with the development of program goals and curriculums, will identify and coordinate training needs and opportunities, and will work together with the training team to ensure the successful running of established programs.

Italy needs an individual or a married couple to lead OM Italy's short-term missions training program.  This person would receive training and orientation before taking on this responsibility including getting to know the OM Italy team as well as cultural and language adaptation.  Once this training program is launched, this person would manage the team's training program, oversee the ongoing ministry and evangelistic outreaches in partnership with local Italian churches, be responsible for the pastoral care and development of the trainees, and facilitate the integration of trainees into the overarching ministry and vision of OM Italy.
