Moldavia :: Two small boys from the village of Lozova guard the seed potatoes. The family received the seeds as part of OM Moldova’s development projects earlier in 2014. The potatoes, along with other relief and development projects, have helped the local OM team in that area to build bridges and plant a church in Lozova.

Moldavia :: The parents of this family used to drink and neglect their home and their children. When they started to be visited by local church members who brought help through OM Moldova’s relief and development projects, they began to change. Besides cleaning their house and working in their garden they also started reading the Bible and asking many questions about God.
Moldavia :: In his recently published book Missionary, Me? Matthew Skirton, field leader of OM Moldova, shares his personal story and tells of the beginnings and the growth of the ministry of OM in Moldova in the 20 years since the vision was sparked in October 1994.
Moldavia :: During a football camp organised by OM Moldova’s ‘Next Generation’ sports ministry in the summer of 2013, 13-year-old Victor had received a Bible. When the OM workers met him again at their camp in 2014, they were surprised and encouraged to find out that in this one year Victor had read through the entire Bible. The annual summer camp is one of the highlights for the village teams that throughout the year are trained by local believers who in turn are equipped and supported by OM Moldova.

Moldavia :: At the end of a conference for girls at risk from OM Moldova’s Day Centres, the girls are being prayed for individually by OM staff and Day Centre workers.
Moldavia :: Oxana is a young Moldovan woman who studied music and has a passion for acting. She is one of the many national workers at OM Moldova, where she is currently developing a ministry through arts. In this picture Oxana (left) played Corrie ten Boom in a stage production of “The Hiding Place”, which was directed by Richard Montez of Cornerstone Theatre.
Moldavia :: Hundreds of pieces of torn jeans are assembled to works of art by victims of trafficking and sexual exploitation in Moldova. At the art centre of Beginning of Life (BOL), these women find new hope and purpose as they discover how the seemingly useless can be transformed into beautiful things. OM partners with BOL in various ways. Money from OM’s Freedom Climb initiative has provided them with the means to open a shop for selling these artworks, while the BOL worker responsible for the sales has received training at one of OM Moldova’s business courses.
