Turkish Outreach are looking for people with a passion for Jesus and a heart to see churches planted throughout the whole of Turkey.
Our aim is to carry out evangelism, discipling and church-planting in every area of Turkey, to strengthen existing churches, and, where appropriate, carry out development work.
We are looking for people to pioneer and or join new CP initiatives, as well as existing church plants.

Be part of a focused church-planting ministry team sharing the gospel with and discipling Arabs (or Kurds). The focus is on learning Arabic (or Kurdish) well, adjusting culturally and developing good ministry skills.  This usually involves full-time language study for the first two years, although this can often be combined with other relevant interests (teaching, sport, music, etc.).  Developing relationships and seeking to share the gospel is expected from day one.  We have a number of ministry teams in both urban and rural locations.

Sainte Marie is a beautiful and exotic island off the northeast coast of Madagascar, but also suffering from poverty and the sexual tourism industry.

OM Madagascar would like to place a married missionary couple on this island to work with the local church.

This position would include community development, and working with women and children.

OM Panama exists to mobilize, equip, and send out Latin Americans as missionaries to the unreached world. 
A key component of this task is connecting with local churches to encourage, equip, and help serve as a missions resource for them.

We are seeking a “Church Mobilizer & Volunteer Coordinator” to actively work among churches in the country’s capital, Panama City.  While many churches are growing in their heart for missions, often they need encouragement and specific help or training so that their people can become more fully involved in the joyful task of missions.

OM has long had a ministry presence in this beautiful, vibrant city and this role would involve regularly initiating contact with local churches, providing leadership to OM volunteers in Panama City, and helping recruit for OM.

In partnership with churches, we desire to be a catalyst for counter-cultural change by reaching out to neighbourhoods through church planting(new, organic, missional-incarnational, communities of faith.

• Partnering with a local church, sharing the good news and discipling Japanese.  Being an active player with the hosting church.

- Non-Japanese speakers will spend the first one or two years in full-time language study, combined with other relevant ministries (teaching English, music, etc.).

• Work with Churches in areas where there are no missionaries and churches are small, and are often struggling.
• Work with local churches in Hokuriku region where there is little presence of missionaries.
• Actively participate in the life of the OM team through scheduled prayer meetings, Bible studies, team meetings.
• Actively participate in hosting churches' services, mid-week prayer meetings and other church programs.

Arts ministry: The ancient Greeks used the arts to communicate important messages. Why should we not do the same, sharing the message of the gospel through the creative arts, music, drama, paintings etc?
This ministry has high development potential in Greece and we are open for people who can be our art pioneers, as the work has not yet been established, although we have some contacts with some Greek Christian artists.
We are not only thinking about producing art but also encouraging and discipling believers to use the arts in communicating the Gospel.

This is a key appointment to assist our New Zealand Farm Director, to develop and run the Fish Farm during the periods the Farm Director is out of town, negotiating for new markets or for new equipment.

The Asst Farm manager will help to manage the local Indonesian Staff who are assigned to each Pond.

The Asst Farm Manager will also assist in overseeing the Fish Farm Office and Laboratory, and help to oversee construction of the remaining Ponds yet to be completed.

The Asst Farm Manager will be responsible to pay the Bonuses, after the main Harvest takes place 4 months after fingerlings are placed in the Pond.

The Forterocca Business Manager is responsible for the management of the conference center with commercial accountability for planning, organizing and directing all center services including:

• reception/front of house
• catering
• accommodation
• promotions and PR
• financial
• facilities

The Business Manager must strike a balance between customer satisfaction and effective business management by working in close partnership with the Forterocca Program Director.

The CIO of OM is an internationally endorsed role involving direction and implementation of enterprise systems throughout the OM family of ministries. The job would suit a proven IT leader with an established track record of problem solving and team leadership across cultural and international boundaries.

As part of the Global Action Programme you will be the Coordinator of the Intensive Training Programme.  The students are in Chile for nine months and are involved in different ministries (children's work, art, skateboard ministry, homeless). You also will be part of one or more of these ministries.

A well established community development organisation is looking for a gifted individual to fill the role of EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.

This role involves:

• Strengthening and developing the vision of the organization to work with the marginalized.

You’ll be responsible for developing strategy and overseeing project implementation in the areas of Community Development, Disability and Public Health. The regional co-ordinator's role is to lead OM's representation to local churches and individuals in his/her region of the UK.  We currently have regional co-ordinators representing us in only five regions – there is scope for another half a dozen!    The role involves taking meetings on behalf of OM, meeting church leaders, helping OMers strengthen relationships with their sending churches and supporters, organizing meetings for visiting speakers and presentation teams, etc.

Coordinator of Short Term Teams, Church Teams, and other Mission outreaches.  You will be coordinating the outreaches which are done in Greece (like Global Challenge and Transform) as well as possible trips organized from Greece, through which we want to expose the Greek Church - and especially the young people - to world mission, both nearby as well as far away.

OM Madagascar is searching for someone to be involved in hosting football competitions and developing a stronger sports ministry. The majority of the ministry will be conducted in Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar.

This person will not only be leading sports training but also responsible for Biblical training, and overseeing the spiritual growth of their participants through discipleship.

We are also seeking someone willing to conduct sports ministry opportunities in the rural areas of Madagascar. Sporting events often equate to community events in these small villages, so this person would be responsible for community development in their region.

OM Andean Region has develop a successful nine week intensive missions training school, called “ECTM.” This mission school seeks to train, equip and prepare Latin Americans who are interested in serving God through cross-cultural mission work.  We would like to expand our mission school, and enhance training program for local churches and missionaries.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person required to oversee national and international training programs. The candidate will help with the development of program goals and curriculums, will identify and coordinate training needs and opportunities, and will work together with the training team to ensure the successful running of established programs.

The Vice President of Marketing will develop and lead the strategy and execution of all marketing functions. This is inclusive of, but not limited to, the development of our corporate marketing strategy, acquisition and demand creation programs, development and refinement of marketing channels including interactive media, events, direct mail, and public relations.
