We are currently seeking applicants who are willing to join our team as the coordinator for our evangelistic English classes, called "English Talk".

OM Córdoba is partnering with a local Christian English teaching organization that is in need of volunteers to work seasonally. The applicant would be attending weekly camps for students ranging from 10 year olds to the equivalent of seniors in high school (divided each week amongst age groups) that uses English to make connections with students from all over the country. The organization, called Cordoba Immersions, uses Biblical principles to train students not only to improve their second language, but to start thinking about their community and how they can make an impact for the world.
During off time, applicant will be serving in OM when possible.

OM Chile has worked with various Children's homes for over five years.  This is an established ministry that is ready for growth.  This is an opportunity to continue working with the children's homes as well as to develop new opportunities to serve the children through new projects and programs in art, music and sports.

As part of the Global Action Programme you will be the Coordinator of the Intensive Training Programme.  The students are in Chile for nine months and are involved in different ministries (children's work, art, skateboard ministry, homeless). You also will be part of one or more of these ministries.

Preparing Chileans for missionary service in English speaking teams.
You may teach English in small classes, no more than eight adult students, with some one-to-one classes.
Classes will be for beginners or intermediate students.

Coordinating the Global Action (2 year) programme,defining specific tasks, providing training, helping people to find their way in Chile and within the organisation.

You will be part of OM Chile's Global Action Programme. During this 2 year's programme you will have a main focus according to your interests, gifts and talents, and also be involved in other areas where support is needed. You will receive training and live together with other GA participants.

The homeless ministry is an growing ministry in OM Chile where you will be part of.
You will reach out to the homeless on the street, teach others how to reach out and lead them into the ministry.
Also, you will help to develop the ministry.

You will be responsible for all the IT computer work in OM Chile and all that you can do to help OM Chile working well in this area.
Besides being the IT co-ordinator/manager you will be able to be involved in one or more of OM Chile's ministries, go to church presentations and according to gifts and talents you can be part of the communication team if you know about web-design, etc.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be in charge of the maintenance of the OM Chile facilities.
As well there are opportunities to serve practically in the children's homes where OM Chile is working. 
OM Chile has a desire to expand the facilities on the properity. According to gifts, talents and abilities this could be done too.

We are looking for an assistant leader to a growing skate board ministry in the capital city of Santiago Chile.  You will be giving workshops, building ramps, and working with local youth to train, mentor and disciple new Christians and evangelize those attracted to the program.

Chile has been offering a 9-12 month Program since November 2005.  This is a training program for young people who would like to serve the Lord in missions, but don’t know where they want to go and what they exactly want to do.
The purpose of the program:

• that people will learn more about God, who they are in Christ, and learn more about themselves. We want to give them a mission experience; with on the job training so that they can reach out to the people they meet.

Human resource management has become more and more important within OM, in order to help people and the organisation grow. OM Latin America therefore is in need of someone who is willing to coordinate the care and development for the people working with OM in twelve countries in the area and facilitate support for the field personnel officers.

OM Andean Region has develop a successful nine week intensive missions training school, called “ECTM.” This mission school seeks to train, equip and prepare Latin Americans who are interested in serving God through cross-cultural mission work.  We would like to expand our mission school, and enhance training program for local churches and missionaries.

Would you like to see how God works through you to impact lives and the people around you as you share with them? Using various creative tools such as dramas, mimes, presentations etc. the team will motivate the church and entice them to get involved with missions. This is a great opportunity to gain some experience with missions and evangelism.
You will also have the opportunity to learn a new language and have cross-cultural experiences as you work in the community and with an international team. There will be several opportunities to serve with the  team in the different ministries, like working with an Island community, Orphanage and Hospital visits.

OM Guatemala is looking for an enthusiastic Christian with good communication skills who is willing to work as an Office Administrator.

The Office Administrator oversees the work in the OM Guatemala office, answers the phone, assists the country leader and provides all relevant supplies for daily operation. The Office Administrator is the first contact, both for external people as well as OM Guatemala team members and volunteers.

OM Mexico is looking for an dedicated Christian willing to help out in personnel matters for the field. The Personnel Officer takes care of receiving new personnel and sending out missionaries from Mexico to other fields within OM. The Personnel Officer in charge of practical issues and organizes member care for OM workers. Additionally, the officer promotes the opportunities to serve with OM Mexico, either for long term missions, short term outreaches or trainings. Like all other jobs in OM, the work of the Personnel Officer is unpaid: finances for livelihood are to be provided through a personal network of supporters.

Located in the beautiful mountain highlands of western Panama, OM Panama's growing international team is seeking someone who can coordinate and oversee our team's ministry finances. 

This important role works closely with OM Panama's Country Director and with the various ministry coordinators to help set up and manage budgets for our expanding short-term programs, as well as for our growing local ministries.

In addition, this role is responsible to oversee day-to-day financial record keeping for incoming ministry funds and ministry expenses.

If desired, this role can also be combined with other ministry opportunities within OM Panama (for example, working with local evangelism projects, office administrator, teaching English, etc).

The Short Term Outreach Coordinator is responsible for organizing and hosting of all OM Panama’s short term ministry activities, from week-long medical trips, to two-month exposure programmes, to year-long internships.
