The T.E.A. Programme exists to grow young people from around the world in discipleship and confidence in sharing Christ’s Good News while travelling in a team around New Zealand.
Travel around New Zealand for ten weeks. TRAINING - daily discipleship training and set evangelism training during programme EVANGELISM - take every opportunity with tourists, locals and in set events ADVENTURE - enjoy the adventure pursuits of New Zealand. Ministry Details You will be living and working together in teams no larger than 7 people, travelling to more places in New Zealand than even the locals have been to! Set times for tramping (big hikes outdoors) and other outdoor activities, as well as varied structured evangelism events. The rest of the time, when not studying together, we will seek opportunities to share our faith with those we meet.
Participant Profile Aged between 18-30. Can communicate in English to at least a pre-intermediate level. Desire to grow closer to God and gain confidence in sharing His Gospel with others in a natural way. Physically fit with a sense of adventure!
Accommodation: Varied throughout time - tents, huts, cabins, homes
Food: Team cooks together
Travel: As team in a van, by foot, ferry, ski or snowboard, kayak and more.... !

The three men and four women from the UK, USA, Switzerland and Germany will start with several days hiking in the 'bush' followed by intensive evangelism training which focuses on building confidence in sharing the Gospel.
