Youth Worker: Germany

We want to challenge and motivate teenagers to follow Jesus without compromise and to use their God given gifts to change the world.

OM Germany’s youth ministry team “Generation Hope” works together with local churches to organise:
TIM experiences (Teens in Mission)
Extreme Days (discipleship and evangelism experiences helping teens to live for Jesus at school)
Team members build relationship with teens through different evangelistic events and also help to organise the involvement of German teens in TeenStreet events.

A willingness to learn German is essential for this role.
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Commitment Length: 2-3 years (full time)
A love for teenagers and previous experience in youth ministry

Creativity and flexibility

The ability to work in a team

Willingness to learn German and work as part of a German speaking team

Lots of travel within Germany - mostly weekends

Please note: all jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
