  Give 6 months of your life to deepen your faith and learn how to effectively share the gospel. We will train and equip you to tell people about Jesus. Following our "Toolkit" induction training you will join an international team, working closely with a local church to reach out to their community. • IT Systems Administrator, OM Lifehope
  We need an enthusiastic person to manage our IT systems. You will help with computer problems and maintain our email and file server. Although previous experience in IT is a big advantage, you will be trained on-the-job and supported by OM’s international technical support team. Besides your IT work there are plenty of opportunities to be involved with our ministry teams.

• Training Administrator, OM Lifehope
  Are you excited to see young people trained to be effective in mission? To provide administrative support to our training team. Various administrative tasks, including typing documents, making timetables, planning programmes and maintaining calendars. To prepare training materials for trainees. To arrange schedules for trainers and liase with other staff on various matters relating to trainees.
  
  You will be working as part of OM Lifehope's international community with the chance to live and work alongside people from at least 15 different nationalities.
• Database Administrator
  Our database is a crucial tool in helping OM UK connect with Christians across the UK, helping us provide people, finance and prayer for the work of OM worldwide. The Database Administrator ensures regular and ongoing partner data quality control and enforces all partner data usage and maintenance policies across all OM UK office departments. This entails data quality and usage audits, data cleanup, ensuring legal compliance, ensuring efficient data maintenance, segmentation and user training, as well as actively growing the database.
• Personnel officer
  OM UK is the national office for British people serving with OM. We're looking for two people to join a team of 5 in the personnel department in the UK office in Shropshire. Key areas of responsibility will include:
  a) dealing with enquiries from applicants (we receive 120 enquiries a month). This will be the major part of the role.
  b) helping in the selection, placement and preparation of applicants who are joining OM, including interviewing, communication with OM staff on-field, attending OM orientation conferences, etc.
  c) helping to care and support OM staff on the field through email and telephone communication with them and their sending churches, visits to OMers on the field.
  
  This role will involve a certain amount of administration, including maintaining information and administration of our application procedures. It will also include a lot of interaction with potential applicants.
