Finance Technicians: Germany

We are looking for three people who can be part of the OM Ships International finance team. The roles include supporting the ministry in tasks like managing the Accounts Payable, bank, cash and credit card transactions. In the longer term you will learn everyone’s job in the finance department and be part of a job rotation system – so we can stand in for one another. Opportunity to visit the ships and see the ministry in action
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Commitment Length: 2 years (full time)
Qualities which are needed for this position are:- committed to team work- a methodical person who likes numbers and has a love for details - Previous experience of accounting is desirable, but training can be given. - Confidence with computers is essential, specific training will be given. (We work a lot with Word, Excel and SunSystems)- fluent in English oral and written- Some basic knowledge of German would be helpful, but it can be learnt once in the job as well
