Web System International Help Desk - ICT Carlisle: United KingdomOM's web system is vital for both internal and external communications and is also important for building community. A help desk person is needed to respond to user questions and to assist OM's 4000 workers in using OM's web system. The person is also expected to play an active part in finding bugs, testing bug fixes, and suggesting improvements.
* good written and verbal communication skills in English * able to explain technical things to non-technical people * able to work as part of a team Please note: all jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried.
