We are looking for a person who has a heart to serve people to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity that can have a big impact upon Italy and the spreading of the Gospel in this country! Our office is located at the foot of the Alps in northwest Italy.


If you are interested we would love to hear from you! A potential candidate would need to show:

- Spiritual maturity, creativity, ‘People-friendly’ skills and attitude, self motivation, and willingness to work under dynamic young leadership.
- Previous OM or missions experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Be able to work cross-culturally and with different denominations.
- Good communicator: Basic computer skills and the ability to write reasonably well – communication with applicants, churches and OM staff will be an important feature of the role.
- Ability to handle routine administration involved in the overseeing of the personnel both abroad and locally.
- Fluent oral and written English skills are essential. We would encourage you to learn some Italian.
- Specific Training regarding OM procedures and database will be provided if needed.
- Flexible and willing to help do whatever it takes to bring more laborers to the harvest field!
