Project Coordinators: Ships

We are looking for vibrant people who are interested to join our advance preparation teams working on shore to prepare for the port visits of our ships. These are demanding projects that challenge you in many different areas.
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Commitment Length: 2-3 years (full time)
The applicant has either a degree in business administration or communications major or relevant work experience and is fluent in English. He/She has excellent organisational skills, is independent and is a good team worker. He/She enjoys meeting many different people from all walks of life and cultures and is willing to work irregular long working hours under considerable stress. The applicant is able to work cross culturally. A period of 6-12 months of practical work onboard the ship is of utmost importance in order to familiarize the applicant with the ministry before the actual project management can be entrusted.
By the nature of the job this is not suitable for families. Couples can only apply for this position if both meet the requirements.

Please note: all jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
