Alumni Director: United StatesThe Director of Alumni is responsible for fostering the ongoing connection and of OM USA Alumni to OM by representing their interests to OM USA and OM at large, leading efforts to increase significantly the alumni membership and membership functions of OM USA, and by providing leadership in organizing and/or assisting with local events and activities for om usa alumn
Teachable heart, excellent human relations and communication skills, highly organized; self-motivated; creative and energetic, excellent human relations and communication skills, effectively interacts with people, excellent written and oral communication skills, and especially listening skills for discerning constituent’s interests and concerns, strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time, demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a complex environment, but also to work independently and without close supervision, demonstrated knowledge of computers, the Internet and database management. Experience in missions/cross-cultural ministry is helpful. Please note: all jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
