Marketing & PR Manager : United Kingdom

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day activity within the team, managing all of the key functions, covering such aspects as advertising, PR, literature, trade shows and promotional materials, direct marketing, online , web.

You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of traditional and new media products & services for international and UK audiences.

You will work to continually improve external and internal communications across the wider organisation.

Managing external and internal resources, you will participate in the creative process ensuring cost – effective and on-time delivery.

With a working knowledge of project management, creating and delivering, experience in a marketing, communications, fundraising environment.

Managing multiple projects, as well as the creative process from initial concept through to delivering through appropriate marketing channels.

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Commitment Length: as long as possible (full time)
Highly motivated and creative, with some experience within a marketing /communications environment.

Experience of dealing with the press and with external agencies as well as an understanding of the design and print process is preferred and experience of organising events is desirable.

Skills to communicate at all levels and develop relationships across the organisation and networking with other organisations.

Team player, able to build strong working relationships.

With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be organised and possess high customer (partner) service awareness.

A highly empathetic team player, you will respect other cultures and have the ability to inspire others.

It is essential that you are wholly sympathetic with the aims and values of OM.
