Associate Country Director for Relief & Development Organization: Central Asia Our organization has a rich history in sharing God’s love by alleviating poverty and developing skills among the people of Central Asia. We are focusing on three main program areas: community health education for school students and the broader community; business training & income-generation projects; preparation for & integration into school of disabled children; as well as other community development projects.
We urgently need an Associate Director, to be based in our national office in the capital.
The Associate Director's role is to support the Director in ensuring the effective operational management of both national and regional offices. The focus of this role is on developing excellence in the operations of programs and administrative functions. The Associate Director also has responsibility for external reporting as required by donors and our international headquarters.
The role is ideally suited to a person with excellent management and administrative skills. - Start Date: ASAP
- Commitment Length: as long as possible (full time)
Previous management experience essential. Cross cultural experience is an advantage, but not required. Please note: all jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried.
