Food processing specialist: Central Asia

We are involved with a rehabilitation center that has its own farm. We need someone who can teach local people how to turn the agricultural produce from the farm into something that sells in shops. This is also an opportunity for someone to start his own business together with locals.
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Commitment Length: 2-3 years (full time)
Experience in food processing in a low tech environment and knowledge how to make a good product. Flexibility to use local available materials. Ability to teach the principles involved.

Please note: all jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
