Director of language school: Arabian Peninsula

In the Arabian Peninsula there is a unique center where locals and foreigners can learn languages. This place is now in need for a new director.
  • Start Date: Sat 01 Mar 2008
  • Commitment Length: as long as possible (full time)
Ideal experience and competencies

• Competent speaker of Arabic and English languages
• Experience living and working in the Middle East, or other cross-cultural situation for at least two years.
• Like minded
• Experience running a small –medium sized business
• Financial expertise, capable of strategizing, forecasting and budgeting
• Innovative
• Good people skills
• Skilled and calm in managing the institute during/in crisis situation
• Experience in leading / managing a group of minimum 10 people
• Some background in education is preferred but not a must.

Please note: all jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
