Short-term Mission personnel manager - AU: Austria

As personnel manager "Short-term Mission", you manage and administrate all enquiries of interested participants and supervise processes and advise people before, during and after their mission experience.
Other tasks could be: Working in international panels; doing the administration for our short-term mission experiences in Austria; helping to set up training conferences; recruiting people; speaking in churches and youth groups.
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Commitment Length: 2-3 years (full time)
You have a passion to mobilise, inspire and engage local churches and participants to share the knowledge of Jesus and to experience the transforming power of the Gospel in their own lives and beyond.
You speak German reasonably well and have had some previous OM experience.
You are prepared to move to Linz, Austria for at least 2-3 years and raise your needed financial support.

Please note: all jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
