International IT Development Manager - ICT Carlisle: United Kingdom

• Meeting the users needs and requirements for Application systems
o Working with the CIO & CTO to give them a clear understanding of the outstanding functional requirements for Applications, so priorities for development can be set.
o Working with the main users and owners of the various Application systems
• Facilitate the development, integration and implementation of application systems and releases. Along with the integration and implementation of application packages.
• Responsible for third level support for all application systems.
• Provide PC/laptop, server and network support for all ICT staff and operations whether in Carlisle or remotely.
• Participate as a key player in the management and enabling of technology through International IT for OM
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Commitment Length: 2-3 years (full time)
• Experience managing IT application development teams for 5 to 10 years
• Capable of managing multiple teams and overall personnel of around 20
• Current understanding of today’s technologies and how they can be used effectively
• Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
