International IT Services Manager - ICT Carlisle: United Kingdom

• Facilitate the delivery of Support, User System Documentation, Training, Implementation and Global Services (Hosting), to OM
• Responsible for second level support for all application systems.
• Delivery of Business Analysis through the development of Business Process, Requirements and coordination of User Acceptance testing
• Participate as a key player in the management and enabling of technology through International IT for OM
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Commitment Length: 2-3 years (full time)
• Experience managing IT Services for 2 to 5 years in an application support and hosting environment
• Capable of managing multiple teams and overall personnel of around 10
• Must have clear understanding of how best to manage the User relationship and support
• Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
