Field Bookkeeper: New Zealand

We need a self-motivated person for a demanding position, performing various accounting, administrative and bookkeeping tasks in the OM New Zealand office.
  • Start Date: Fri 01 May 2009
  • Commitment Length: 1-2 years (part time)
You will be part of OM New Zealand's administrative community, all with the same heart for a lost world and joy in serving God.

We need:
A comptetent, experienced bookkeeper.
Motivated and able to work under pressure.
Confident with computers and spreadsheets.
Be able to produce financial summaries and reports, and help prepare budgets.

This is an essential support role, enabling and releasing others to fulfil OM's purpose - transforming lives and communities with the gospel.

Please note: all jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

Seven people are taking part in OM New Zealand's Training, Evangelism and Adventure programme (TEA) 4 February - 13 April, 2006. The three men and four women from the UK, USA, Switzerland and Germany will start with several days hiking in the 'bush' followed by intensive evangelism training which focuses on building confidence in sharing the Gospel.
