PERSONNEL DIRECTOR: Central Asia

A well established development organisation in a Central Asian country is presently in need of a PERSONNEL DIRECTOR. They would run a two-pronged human resources department: 1. National salaried staff and 2. Expatriate volunteers. This is a voluntary, non-salaried position. (S)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Commitment Length: 2-3 years (full time)
Training or experience in human resources management
Good interpersonal relations skills
Good team worker.
Willingness to learn a new language.
Ability to communicate well, written and spoken (English)
Some computer skills preferred.

    Our team in a Central Asian city which has been the historical gateway between Central Asia and the Indian continent is in need of an ASSISTANT REGIONAL DIRECTOR,PROJECT MANAGER. This person would assist the Regional Director in overseeing the programs and Managing the office and finances of projects.
