Media Coordinator: Central Asia

Rural Central Asia is one of the most under-developed and needy regions on earth, even more so than many African or S E Asian countries. Our organization focuses on this frontier - serving those unreached by either relief and development efforts or spiritual truth.

Our work is heavily dependent on both the goodwill of the government and a steady stream of personnel and financial resources. Clear, effective and attractive communication is vital to both donor and government relations, as well as to attracting new personnel for our projects. We have wonderful stories to tell, but need someone with the passion and skills to help us get the attention of our audience so we can get our message across.

We are looking for a computer/ tech-savvy person who can redesign our website for maximum impact and also help us develop useful media tools that will communicate effectively to raise awareness and mobilize workers and resources.
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Commitment Length: 1-2 years (part time)
Excellent skills in at least one of the following: desk-top publishing, photo editing, video editing, web design/layout.
Work experience in web-design and/or video editing prefered.
University/ college degree in communications, marketing, public relations, graphic design or multimedia production preferred.

  • Assistant Regional Director & Project Manager
    Our team in a Central Asian city which has been the historical gateway between Central Asia and the Indian continent is in need of an ASSISTANT REGIONAL DIRECTOR,PROJECT MANAGER. This person would assist the Regional Director in overseeing the programs and Managing the office and finances of projects. He would also be instrumental in developing new projects as the team capacity will expand. (M)
